Ango stared at his healed arm in perfect wonderment, then very carefully wiggled his fingers to test them out. "Wow….it's all better. It's not even stiff." He looked up at Tanrial, seemingly overwhelmed with awe and gratitude. "Thank-you! I've….I've never seen anything like it before….you're the best medic in the world!" He leaped to his feet and banged his head on the low roof, but didn't seem to mind. "I'm gonna go tell the whole tribe how amazing you are! Maybe the chief will give you a reward or somethin'!"

@ElderGod-Carrots

"You really don't have to do that," She rubbed at the back of her neck, "Just.. don't go telling people and then them hurting them self just to see me. Magic is draining, and I don't know how many people I'll be able to heal to the extent I did for you."

Ango backed out of the shed, grinning brightly. "Oh don't worry! Chief gets really mad when somebody hurts themselves for no good reason." He almost tripped over Blue Tommy, but righted himself and turned to trot away. "Goodbye! Thank-you!"

@ElderGod-Carrots

"No problem. Have a nice day!" Tanrial waved a little as he left, then once he was out of sight, slumped a little and released a long breath.

It was quite a while before anyone came around again, and that was to bring Tanrial some food. Well, to call it 'food' was being a bit generous–even 'edible' was a stretch. The small pail of soup they gave her was a worrisome combination of badly-cooked meat, chunks of some sort of root, and a very watery broth that was probably leftover from another meal entirely. Apparently this tribe had not managed to kidnap anyone with culinary skills yet.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial didn't even touch her food, she pushed it away and tried to stand, her head scraping across the top of the roof. She poked her head out at the entrance then looked to Blue Tommy, "Hey uh, can I just stretch me legs for like.. five minutes? It's too cramped in here."
(School's back again tomorrow, I'll try and be on as much as I can but won't be on much in the evening like I have been dies)

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

(No worries! Good luck with school! :'D )
Blue Tommy stared at her with ultimate distrust, then reluctantly held up one finger to tell her to wait. Turning, he whistled sharply at a passing bandit, then waved for them to come over.
"What?" The bandit grumbled, flipping his dreadlocked hair over his shoulder. "I'm busy."
Blue Tommy pointed firmly at the spot he'd been sitting, then at the bandit, then at Tanrial, all the while glaring at him unblinkingly. The bandit looked puzzled for a second, but then nodded in understanding. "Ohhh. Ah, fine. But be quick."
Blue Tommy shrugged and trotted off, hopefully to ask Boar-back if he could let Tanrial leave the shed. The new bandit flopped down with a bored sigh and started scoping out Tanrial from the corner of his eye, trying to pretend that he was ignoring her.

@ElderGod-Carrots

(Ha… I want to die, v bad)
Tanrial sighed and turned to the new bandit, placing a hand on her hip, “Look, if you want to evaluate me or whatever either ask or try not to be so suspicious, thanks.”

(ducks in real quick before heading to bed Aww, fam… hugs gently)
He blinked in slight surprise, then shrugged a shoulder. "Eh. I hear from Argo that you're really something. I mean, the guys a total moron and a wuss, so I can't say I respect his opinion…. but his arm does look much better than it did the last time I saw it. Guess I'm just curious, like everybody else."

@ElderGod-Carrots

(hugs back I don't think my anxiety has been as high as it was for a while…)
"Well you could have just asked like a normal human then trying to do it secretly," She huffed, before crossing her arms, "Seriously, I'm not that scary am I? I don't think so but hey, it's whatever."

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

"Nah, I don't think you're scary either. Just interesting. You're the only magic-user in the camp, as far as anybody knows. I mean, Blue Tommy thinks he's friggin' invincible, but he's also a total nutcase." The man put his elbows on his knees and rested his chin in his hands. "I think everybody's just kinda surprised that you look so human."

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial sighed loudly and dramatically, “Humans can have magic too! It’s not just limited to my people and other magical creatures. Do I need to like, shift or something so I look less human? Maybe then people won’t talk about me looking so ‘human’.”

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Sorry…" She scratched at her neck, "And I think the reason why is because I was practically kidnapped and forced to stay here with no way to contact my friends so," She shrugged, "I feel like I have a good reason to be angry."

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

"Hey, lady, don't treat me like I'm more clever than I actually am. We really did find a couple dead people out there. If there's one thing I hate, it's watching people get bad news without any warning. I'm just giving you a chance to find out the easy way." He folded his arms. "I'm being a lot nicer to you than I'm allowed to be, so don't make me regret it."

@ElderGod-Carrots

“Okay well… he’s average height, brown hair and eyes. Bigger body type but is more bulky then anything. He had big backpack with him, too.”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

The bandit looked somewhat relieved. "Didn't see him. The guys we found were both blond. So either his corpse is really well-hidden or he's still out there somewhere." He thought it over, then added, "Look, how about this? I won't tell anybody about him if you do me a favor."

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

He glanced around to make sure no one was listening. "So, here's the deal. I've got a brother who's sick, been sick for a long time. Boar-back thinks he's useless. If he doesn't get well soon, the chief's gonna make him leave or worse. The last medic said he was incurable, but….." he took a deep breath. "You've got magic. If you can make him better, I'll owe you, big time."

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

He straightened eagerly. "I'll bring him over tonight, then. And don't worry, I won't breathe a word."
"Breathe a word about what?"
Boar-back seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, looming over the shed with his arms folded. Blue Tommy skulked in his shadow, grinning at them malevolently.
"You two keeping secrets?" Boar-back asked lightly, tapping his fingers on his arm.

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

He studied her. "What a terrible liar you are." Turning, he fixed her companion with a gaze of steel. "Tell me, Rezzi."
Rezzi gulped, his eyes darting around. "W-we….I was….going to bring her some of the good food. From your tent. She s-said she'd give me some of the strength potion if I did. I thought–I thought it would be okay–"
Boar-back shook his head scornfully. "Leave."
Once he was gone, the bandit leader spoke to Tanrial again. "For a bad liar, you're quite the wily one, aren't you? Already you've made friends with three of my bandits for your own benefit. I see I'm going to have to be more careful with you."

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial shrugged, “I wouldn’t say they’re friends per say,” She sighed, “Anyway, can I go for a walk then? Since that the entire reason for creepy friend over there came to talk to you and the only reason I was speaking to… Rezzi.”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

"You're not making the idea very inviting. But, I'll give you a fair chance." He nodded to Blue Tommy, who looked annoyed. "He'll be with you at all times, and if you try to leave camp he will stab you. Or something like that anyway, he's not a very predictable man. After one hour you have to come back here and stay put. Clear?"

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial rolled her eyes, already turning to leave, “Crystal clear boss. Be back in an hour, don’t leave or I’ll get slabbed yadda yadda, catch ya later!” She saluted before walking away.
