(Ok so i was thinking after everyone got ready they could leave and then get attacked by this huGE fuckin monster and all demonstrate their powers. We can go from there when they’re done with that. Also, if you want a spirit guide you can start developing that now.

Frost loped up to the cavern and padded in her fur still a bit damp.. "are we ready to go yet?" She asked the group.
“Ready when you are!” Mari exclaimed, trying her hair up.
Zol stood, clutching his staff. “I am ready if the company be ready as well.”
Artemis stood up and circled gored some water to wash her face "let's go?" She asked around
“Well,” he amended, “I have been sent out for supplies a few times. But,” he took a deep breath, “they told me it was time to go, and so I went. They said on this journey I will take the first steps in complete mastery of my Power.”
He opened his hand letting a soft glow dance over his palms.
“They said- they said I shall be great. Yet that when I come back I must leave them and always be journeying. Until my destiny is fulfilled.”
Citra was listening with rapt attention watching the gentle ball of light flutter over his knuckles. She raised her hand so it was level with his and let a playful blackflame dance over her own hands, mimicking the movements of the light on his. "It is good to have a purpose…and a home to go back to. You shouldn't feel discouraged."
She jumped as everyone began talking at once, her blackflame disappearing. "Oh–Oh yes. I am ready." She glanced at Zol, a blush lighting her cheeks, but she dashed over to her pack and stepped towards the mouth of the cave.
Zol glanced at her. A quick smile coming unbidden to his lips. He then led the way out of the cave and into the sunlight.
Frost shifted and followed. Jogging to the road she waited for the others to catch up.
Mari does a quick cartwheel, and then jogs to keep up with the others.
Citra walked in the middle of the group, tilting her head up to get a face full of sunlight. She smiled and sighed.

So it’s a couple hours later and the gang is walking deep in a forest. It’s about to storm, and they can practically feel it in the air. All of a sudden, there’s a big rumble, but it’s not thunder. It’s a big fuckin monster
Zol stepped forwards. “Fall behind me!” He yelled, shielding the others with his staff.

Piper's legs were aching from walking this long. She usually swam everywhere, but here on earth that wasn't an option. Suddenly the ground rumbled, and she immediately thought it was an incoming storm. But with a quick glance up at the sky, she saw it was clear as ever. What the heck? Piper glanced around, and then a big fuckin monster appeared out of nowhere.
Growling, Piper loudly said, "You have GOT to be fucking kidding me."
Frost yelped when she saw it.drawing her staff she held her ground ready to fight.

Mari took a wide stance, and summoned some bubbles of water. “This is NOT good”
Annoyed as ever, Piper formed two very large fists of water and threw them at the monster as hard as she could, hopefully doing some damage.
Artemis surrounded the lion with darkness and yelled "it cant see very well but I cant hold ut for too long! Im losing energy already!"
The beast sprang forward. Fully showing it’s shining greenish scales, the frill on its neck wide with fury, its sickle shaped tail whipping back and forth faster than the eye could see.
Frost shifted and lept forward. She tackled 5he monster throwing it back with a blaze of fire. Then she set up jagged ice barriers to protect herself and her friends.
Mari looked around. Her water powers felt useless at a time like this. “What can I do to helllllpppp??!!”
"Can you manipulate melted ice?" Asked frost as she shifted to form more barriers "more importantly could you attack with it?"
Piper sent fist after fist of water, pummeling the beast. "I don't know, just do something!" she called out to Mari. The monster was really starting to anger her. Why won't it just die already?
