Alto stood up, holding onto Kris's arm as they left the classroom. "Where to now?"

"English. Baby are you sure you're alright… Do you need anything?" He asked gently.

“No I’m fine, really..” Alto replied, his voice weak.

Kris shakes his head before gently guiding Alto to the side. "You're obviously not, love…" He says gently.

“We have to get to class, Kris..” Alto said, trying to keep walking, his efforts not very strong.

"Class can wait, Alto. But I need to know… Babe." He gently takes Altos face in his hands as he runs an gentle hand along his cheek. "I want to help… But I don't know how if you don't tell me…"

“I love you..” Alto sobbed, wrapping his arms around Kris and hugging him tight.

"I love you too, baby." Kris hugged him back tightly, hushing him gently. "Why don't we take you home…?" He asks gently, kissing him softly.

Alto nodded, still clinging to Kris.

Kris gently supported him before gently picking him up and carrying him to his car. "You just rest, baby. I'll drive you home, okay?" He smiles gently as he places Alto in his car, kissing his forehead sweetly.

“But you have school..” Alto said, looking over at him with concern.

"I don't think they'll mind. I've had not absences yet. I could ditch school for the rest of the year if I wanted to." He smiles teasingly. He starts the car and pulls out of the school parking lot.

Alto just whimpered sadly, resting his head on the seat and gazing at Kris as they drove.

Kris took his hand gently, kissing it softly. After a few minutes he pulls into their driveway and gets out, picking Alto up, wrapping his thighs around his waist and his arms around his neck, and walked to the door. He knocked sharply and after a.moment Halo answered. "Kris? Alto…" He moves out of the way so Kris can gently set Alto on the couch.

Alto looked flushed and slightly out of breath but smiled up at his brother. “Halooo! I missed you.” He said, laughing a little.

Halo starts and smiles a little. "I missed you too." He settles beside his brother, hugging him tightly.

Alto looked up at Kris and waved a little. "You need to go back to school. I'll see you tomorrow!" He smiled, blowing him kisses.

Kris kisses his forehead. "Alright baby. Love you." He smiles gently and leaves, nodding to Halo. Halo hugs Alto. "Are you alright? Why did Alto bring you here?" He asks gently.

"I'm not sure." Alto mumbled, relaxing in his brothers arms. "It's really hot in here Halo.."

Halo blinks before gently feeling Altos forehead. "You're burning up." He says gently, helping his brother to his room. "I've got you."

“Nonsense. I can walk.” Alto said, falling over as soon as he wasn’t with Halo.

Halo raises a brow before helping him up. "Good try." He hauls his brother to Altos room, helping him onto his bed. "stay here." Halo kisses his brothers forehead, definitely burning up.

“Don’t leave me!” Alto cried, reaching out for Halo.

Halo starts but settles next to Alto. "Alto. You're getting a fever… At least let me get you some medicine." He says gently as he ran a hand through Altos hair.

“I’m not sick..” He whined, wrapping his arms around Halo.

Halo sighed before wrapping his arms around his twin, kissing his forehead. "Alright .." he held Alto, combing a hand through his hair.

Alto sighed happily, resting his head on Halo's shoulder.

Halo held him tightly, settling both of them under the covers. He pulls Alto to his chest, his breathing gentle.

Alto closed his eyes, eventually drifting off into a heavy sleep.

Halo held him, not willing to let his brother go.
