So, I have the children of life, birth, love, good, death, reaper, suffering, and evil with a bunch of other creatures like demons and angels, what do i do for a plot

I mean there’s a lot of ways you could go. It sounds like the set up to a good joke so you could do a budy comedy, or you could go the other way and do an uber serious metaphorical war full of symbolism. Like what kind of genre do you want to write?

so generally you're going to want to start with the hero's journey as a rough outline for those genres.
