forum Help with plot for story

I need help with the plot for my story, I have a whole world/universe built, and have lots of ideas of things i want to happen. I also have all/almost all of my characters and a general idea of the direction i want to go but cant seem to figure out an actual concrete plot line.

What do you have right now?

Not much to be honest, like i said i have a bunch of characters and a world but no actual plot line
