Here's a really stupid way I get over writer's block: act out scenes. Don't just play them through your head, but mouth the lines, make the expressions, block out the actions. Look in the mirror if you like. If your character gets hurt, be over the top. Fall over, clutch your wound, immerse yourself in the story. If your character breaks down crying, contort your face, look sad, try to produce a few tears. You'll start to feel like you're in the book. If you don't get immediate plot ideas, scene ideas are sure to follow. I've written so many scenes in my head while acting them out. And the best part? It's ridiculously fun.

I've hit a major case of writers' block witth one of the numerous stories that I'm writing, and could use some suggestions on how to drive the plot along to get it moving forward again….

The main character, whom has pyrokinetic powers, is framed for starting a fire that results in the injuries and deaths of others and brought in for questioning. I'm having issues with his interrogation.

Try asking someone here to rp the interrogation with you. Nothing like feedback from real live people to get those creative juices flowing.
