No specific type of music, any music!!! What is your favorite genre? What's your favorite song? Like any unpopular music that you think deserves more credit? Well then let's share! I like suggestions for new music and i'm sure others do too!

@Moriarty

I love like five million billion styles of music and am overly obsessed with constantly listening. If it were physically possible for me to listen to music 24/7 I would never accomplish anything because I'd always be jamming out.

That's something I can completely relate too. I listen to so many different types of styles, it's quite interesting. I always have headphones or earbuds with me to listen to music because I think I'd go insane if I didn't have something to listen to while I was working on something or just doing nothing.

@Moriarty

Exactly! Like yesterday I was supposed to be doing my college work, but was I? No, no I was not. I was listening to music. X'D And then someone sent me some memes on Pinterest, and, well, needless to say… I didn't get anything done. But music is my life. I literally have Spotify open all the dang time. Anytime I can, I turn music on. I do a lot of digital art and I always always ALWAYS have to listen to music while doing it or I can't focus on it.

Thank you! I think music really does help people with doing their work, but I also think it depends on that person and what kind of work they're doing. My Spotify hasn't been closed in forever because I will just randomly pull out my earbuds and listen to some music whenever i'm working on something and need to focus on it. Also different types of music also fit in with that.

I find that a lot of soundtracks from video games don't get nearly enough love just because they are from video games.

You need heavy metal? Guilty Gear.
Jazz? Cuphead or any newer 3D Mario game.
Rap or Hip-Hop? MadWorld.
Big, sweeping orchestral tracks? Any JRPG made from '97 onward, highly recommend Final Fantasy VII and Xenoblade Chronicles.
90s pop and weird gibberish vocals? Splatoon.

everything in here I can relate to. Everything. Actually I was supposed to be doing college work yesterday too but I was just working on my playlists and my sister sent me some memes on Pinterest and I got nothing done.

I can agree with all of this! People just don't pay enough attention to music from games anymore.
