@Fraust
"Okay… do you need me to get down to help you?" He asked softly.
"Okay… do you need me to get down to help you?" He asked softly.
"That would be nice, but I don't want you doing it unless you feel good enough to." Samul sat Larkin down, kissing his head.
"I should be alright…" Larkin carefully got down and started pushing the furniture back where it was supposed to be.
Samul did as well, humming some. With everything back in place, he offered his arms to Larkin again.
"So, what shall we watch?"
Larkin huddled up in Samul's arms, shrugging a bit. "Dunno… I'm fine with anything. Might fall asleep during it anyway."
"Okay then, dear." Samul led Larkin to the couch, sitting down with Larkin in his lap. "I love you."
"Love you too." Larkin yawned and rested his head on Samul's shoulder, seeming pretty content for the moment.
Samul ran his fingers through Larkin's hair, picking the remote up to turn on a show.
Larkin turned his attention to the screen, yawning every once in a while and keeping close to Samul. "We should visit your moms again soon…"
"I agree," Samul said. "Sometime when we're able to take several days off." He smiled some, kissing Larkin's head.
"Yeah. Preferably not around… this time of the month." Larkin laughed weakly.
"Yeahh…" Samul chuckled weakly, kissing Larkin's head. He hummed softly, running his fingers through Larkin's hair.
"I don't wanna destroy their house or anything. I'm not sure what I'd do in an unfamiliar place in that form."
"Mhm," Samul agreed. "We'll have a time of it when we move, of course, but hopefully we'll get a place with a big yard next time." He chuckled weakly.
Larkin nodded a bit. "Yeah, that would be nice… we could get a nice tall fence so I couldn't get out as well."
Samul snorted as an idea came to mind.
"A white picket fence," He said, chuckling some.
"Sure, if you want one." Larkin shrugged a bit, huddling closer.
"We'll see what's in the area when it's time," Samul concluded.
"Sounds good to me. We'll need to save some money, though…"
"Mhm," Samul agreed. "We'll be able to do it, though. I know it."
"Yeah, I'm sure. We'll figure something out, yeah?" He smiled sleepily.
"We will." Samul smiled, confident. They'd do this together.
"I'll need to get some better work, then… it's hard since my schedule is kind of unpredictable."
"Me too. It'll be easier when we graduate." It would mean no classes to mess up their schedules, and they could get other jobs.
"Mhmm. I'm sure I'll find something. What do you think I'd be good at?"
"Mm…" Samul thought a moment, head tilted.
"You'd be a great cook," he said, teasing.
Larkin rolled his eyes. "I would probably eat all the food I made. It wouldn't go well."
"Mhm," Samul said, laughing softly. "It might be nice to try to find you something you can work from home."
"True. What kind of thing could I do, though? I don't know a lot of jobs I could do from home…" He sighed softly. "Maybe I could be a gym trainer or something."
"Oh, that could be a good idea," Samul said, nodding some. He smiled, resting his head on top of Larkin's.
