Hihi! This is a reboot of an older (actually my first) RP that I did with @Davadio , a bit different in setting but yeah (by the way davadio we dont have to stick to the same plot as the original)
As usual my introduction is extremely short (sorry), so to elaborate there is this little cold seaside village and things to do with the ocean occur. Again vague sorry but I can explain more if there are any questions
I won't be using the same character as last time so I can get a template up for him in a moment but here's one for the next person that joins:
Witches are a race of people born with one type of magic that rarely depletes completely- these types can be anywhere from Metal to Natural to Hunting to Weaponry or Wood or whatever, any category you can think of. They can only work with this kind of magic, and it usually runs in families.
Magicians are people of any other race/species that can use magic. They can use any kind of magic that they know of but have to build up the magic/strength to do so. They are not born with any magic but have to aqcuire it themself.
By the way you can use whatever race/species you want that you can come up with :]

Her hair is a shade of dirty blonde, again more like her mother, and it falls around her shoulder blades in length when it's let down. Overall, it's currently being worked on, so please humor the spottiness of information, and just ignore the sections that mention she's a fairy. It's what her canon species is, but for this rp, I think she fits the definition of Witch more.
Name: Kavo Vathis Age: 22 Gender: Male Sexuality: Ace Species/Race Karcaon are crab people. They have 6 crab legs, attached to a round carapace. A humanoid upper torso extends from the lower carapace, ending in a humanoid head. There is a set of crab arms, one big pincer and a more delicate grabber, and two humanoid arms with normal fingers. The body has a spine like normal. There is an upper carapace that comes up and over a Karcaon's head like a hood, and is as big around as the smaller one. This gives the appearance of the shell opening like a clam shell, with a person inside. They are able to live both underwater and on land, and are naturally incredibly strong and durable. Visual Description: Kavo is 5' tall and weighs about 220lbs. Carapaces are heavy. His torso and arms are muscular. He has no hair, since his upper carapace covers the top of his head, but he does have a dark brown beard. His carapace is a red orange color, and his skin is tanned. He has bright green eyes and a small nose, and his body is covered in scars from various battles. Personality: Kavo is friendly and protective, and fiercely loyal to his friends. His military background forced him to be a rational thinker, but he always prefers to talk his way out of a situation if he can. Likes: Travelling, music, meeting members of other species, being helpful Dislikes: Being tied down, the cold, and bullies Notes: He carves rocks in his spare time. Generally, the Karcaon are a very versatile people. Their carapaces are very thick, pressure and temperature resistant, so they can live in the freezing cold depths or on the surface in the sun. They are also a very militant culture, providing much of the military might and police forces for the nations they're a part of. They also have the ability to learn magic, though with their physical superiority, many don't bother, and think it's a waste of time.
Visual description: Fia stands at 5'3" and is not notably strong or scrawny. His skin is a cool brown and is dotted with a few freckles all all over his body, but they are light and not very noticeable. His hair is on the slightly longer side for being male, it is fluffier and a dark brown, almost black. Fia often wears slightly larger clothing than what would normally fit him. His eyes are a light gray. His hands are calloused from metalworking.
Personality: Fia is irritable and does not say much, but when he does it comes out with a tone that he can only describe as monotonous. He likes being alone and tends to be kind of rude to everyone but his family; despite seeming aloof and inattentive, he is very observant and doesn't like to live in a repetitive environment. He is an ISTP-A (Virtuoso).
Likes/dislikes: Likes; winter, his family, metalworking. Dislikes; talking in general, repetetiveness, hot weather.
Notes, if any: Fia is a name typically given to Fae (In this world Fae are less like pixies and more like Elves(?) they are usually known for their proficiency in the arts, music, writing, etc. and for having a Siren-like beauty), so people often ask if he is related to them in any way. This annoys him a lot; his father was close friends with a Faerie (who died when Fia was born) and named him after this friend. They don't mistake him for a Faerie for any reason other than his name. Also, Fia is a Metallic Witch (somstimes called Metal Witches) and can use his hands as if he were molding metal, which typically takes a long time and a lot of energy, even for a Witch.
Also here is his character page, it's more specific to his story but whatever. Also his familiar, Tourmaline, is not included in this RP
