I should probably put him in the bed, Sherry thought to himself, eventually standing with Jamie in his arms and walking to the bedroom again. He laid Jamie down on top of the covers and laid down next to him, eyes dancing around his sleeping face.
Jamie stirred only slightly as he was lifted then lowered. His face scrunched up and a soft groan left his throat as he searched for the warmth that was Sherry.
Sherry smiled a little, bringing Jamie closer to him and running a gentle hand through his hair.
The human relaxed almost instantly at Sherry’s touch. His fingers sleepily hooked around Sherry’s clothes, his expression soft and peaceful.
Sherry's eyes glanced around Jamie's face. He was just so…soft. And adorable. He sighed happily, holding Jamie firmly but gently.

Jamie stirred, smiling at the warmth against him. He flickered his eyes open to look up at Sherry. “Mm what time is it?” He asked softly, yawning.
Sherry looked down at him, smiling softly back. "I think sometime around…maybe noon, or one. Close to that."
He blinked and stretched out his legs. “I slept for that long?” He rested his head against Sherry’s collarbone and looked up at him with his wide eyes.
Sherry nodded, running a hand through his hair. "I don't blame you. Didn't really get enough sleep last night."
He blushed lightly and nodded. “I don’t think either of us did.” He murmured back, kissing his cheek and giggling happily.
"I don't really need sleep, either," Sherry pointed out, laughing a small bit.
Jamie pouted. “How much sleep do you have to get?” He asked softly. “I have to have at least 8 but I’ve run on two before.”
"I've gone about a week without sleep," Sherry told him, playing with Jamie's hair. "But on any normal day just an hour or less is fine."
Jamie’s eyes widened. “How do you do it?!” He asked, leaning into Sherry’s touch. “I can hardly stay awake on like twelve hours of sleep.”
Sherry smiled a little. "I don't know. I'm just never that tired."
((I actually did go a week without sleep once lmao))
“That’s amazing.” He purred, leaning up and kissing along his jaw. “You’re amazing. Universe traveler, loving caring boyfriend, low sleeper. I love you”

Sherry's smile widened as he gently kissed Jamie's nose, bringing him closer to him. "I love you too, darling."

He rumbled happily at the nickname, pulling him closer and kissing him back. “I love you Sherry.”
"I love you too," Sherry purred in between kisses, holding Jamie close to him.
He giggled, peppering kisses all over Sherry’s cheeks. “Tell me more about your adventures across the universe, baby. I want to hear them!”
"I have quite a few," He said with a small smile. "Pick a number one through ten."
“Eight.” He said happily, kissing his cheek. “I like the number eight.
Sherry nodded. "Tinctura. Mostly liquid planet, but there are some real islands on it. They build these island-like structures throughout the ocean, it's really cool."
“Is the air breathable?” He asked gently, tilting his head. He wasn’t much of a swimmer but he wanted to go to another planet badly.
Sherry scrunched up his face to think. "For humans…I'm not sure, since about ninety percent of the planet is water. I could breathe it fine, but I don't know about you."
He nodded softly and leaned into him. “Is there one I could go to?” He asked softly
"Um…maybe Actumis. I guess it could be considered a mountain planet…it's practically all craters, so any normal-leveled land is considered a mountain. You'd get along fine there."
“Is it pretty?” He asked gently. Jamie was extremely interested. He had never left Earth. Most humans never even got to meet someone who was not from Earth.
