@GoblinKing

“Mm, true. Luckily for you, I’ve got a firm enough grasp on both of those things.” Wilhelm studied the next few questions. “What do you think about this one? I want you to try and solve it yourself first.”

@GoblinKing

Wilhelm read over his answer. “Mm, no. You’ve got the right idea, but here’s where I think you went wrong. Correct if not, though.” He began to explain how to get the correct answer, writing a few things down on his own paper as he did so. “Understand?”

@GoblinKing

“It’s no trouble. I’m going to go back to my own bed and work on some stuff for a bit. Work through the next few, but let me know if you have any questions.” Wilhelm smiled, picking up his papers and tucking his pen behind his ear. “Alright?”

@GoblinKing

Wilhelm sat one his bed, pulling out a clean sheet of paper and beginning to write. His eyes scanned a letter he had off to the side as he wrote, although he only referenced it when he first began to write.

@GoblinKing

Wilhelm was about halfway through his letter, a tiny smile on his face as he wrote. He glanced up every few minutes, giving his eyes a small rest from his tiny lettering. He looked over at Connor, seeing the small frown. “How are you doing so far?”

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor looked up. "Huh? Oh. Ah'm doing alright. Ah hope. Ah'd rather no' fail this class. Or any of them." He didn't want to be sent back to his uncle.

@GoblinKing

“Well, I hope you don’t. Let me know when you’re done, I can check over your answers if you want.” Wilhelm went back to writing, now almost three-fourths of the way finished.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor shrugged slightly. "Mm." he nodded, already going back to his work. He wondered for a moment what Wilhelm was working on, but didn't ask. It wasn't his business anyways.

@GoblinKing

Wilhelm, finally finished, set his letter on his bedside table to dry. The ink was already smudged in a few spaces, and he did t want to make it worse. He looked over at Connor, wondering how he was doing with the work.

@GoblinKing

“Of course, just give me a moment.” Wilhelm tucked his pen behind his ear, standing up and walking over to Connor’s side of the room. “What question did you leave off on?”

@GoblinKing

“Mhm.” Wilhelm said quietly, taking Connor’s paper and looking over his answers. It took him a minute or two, but he finally looked at him. “Almost all of them are correct! You’re almost right here, but on this question, I’m not sure how you got this answer.” He laughed slightly, now explaining to Connor how to fix his answers.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor grinned, then sighed heavily at the last thing. "Fiiiine." he replied, shaking his head a little. He listened to Wilhelm, fixing the problem carefully. "Is this better?" he asked, raising his eyebrows at Wilhelm curiously.

@GoblinKing

Wilhelm ran his fingers through his curls, a soft smile on his face. “Yes, it is. Is this all?” He was bent over Connor’s bed, not wanting to sit down- after all, if he was just checking over the work, it wouldn’t take nearly as much time as if he were helping him work it out. Wilhelm had one hand over his shirt, holding the partially-unbuttoned button placket closed.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor nodded a little bit. "I…think so." he replied, glancing up at Wilhelm, then down at the paper again. "I finished…all of it. Ah think, anyways." he smiled a little bit, setting the paper aside.

@GoblinKing

“That’s good, it’s getting relatively late. The rain slowed down, though.” Wilhelm straightened out, taking a step back. “In the future, though, let me know if you ever need help with anything, okay?”

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor nodded, putting his homework away. "Mhm. Ah will. Thanks." he replied, smiling up at Wilhelm. A few wayward red curls were in his face now, and he let out a soft breath.

@GoblinKing

Wilhelm smiled back, now looking at Connor’s hair for a moment or two before going back to his own side. God, Connor really was handsome and attractive.. but trying to make any interest visible so soon after James was in poor taste. He folded up the letter on his bedside table, the ink now dry, and he stuffed it into an already addressed envelope.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor glanced at the letter for a moment, then away again. He sighed softly, flopping backwards onto his bed and staring at the ceiling. "What's tomorrow?" he asked tiredly.

@GoblinKing

“Saturdays are mostly just free days, but if you’re getting tutoring with a teacher or detention, that’s normally when those are. On Sundays, they’d prefer you go to chapel, there’s one on campus.. they don’t force you to, though, so I normally don’t go.” Wilhelm rolled onto his stomach, propping himself up a bit.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor nodded. "Alright. Thanks fer th' explanation." He replied, sighing softly. He was still laying on his back, his hands on his stomach as he stared at the ceiling.

@GoblinKing

“No bother. I’m going to go ahead and get ready for bed, I think.” Wilhelm stood up, grabbing his pajamas and beginning to finished unbuttoning his shirt- he was turned away from Connor, of course, to still try and preserve some semblance of decency.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Connor nodded. "Alright." he bit his lip, looking away when Wilhelm started to change. Stop being distracted by him! He reprimanded himself, letting out a slow, careful breath.
