Name: Asher
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: Short, fluffy brown hair styled with a left part, black gauges, warm hazel eyes, pale skin with plenty of freckles, medium-tall at 5'11", wider shoulders but a narrow-ish body, lanky. Usually wears a black leather bomber jacket with a loose red scarf and regular jeans and boots.
Personality: ISFP; adventurous, passionate, probably a Griffinpuff, likes taking risks and connecting with others though he can be fiercely independent, overly competitive, patient and understanding, charming, happy with himself most of the time, humorous, loses his temper at ill-timed immaturity, artistic, unpredictable, easily stressed
Other: Enjoys painting landscapes, especially that of ocean themes. Has an acoustic guitar he sometimes brings to the beach with him when he goes exploring along the shore. Works on the docks as a hired Helper, loading and unloading the boats and occasionally cleaning.

Asher took a deep breath, welcoming the stinging ocean breeze and his face stretching into a giddy smile. The cold morning air nipped at his exposed fingers and face as he seemed to follow an unseen path across the beach. The bag on his back was heavy with supplies–art supplies–along with some snacks and beverages. His plan today was to be alone with the sound of crashing waves and the smell of salt and seaweed. Just some quiet alone time. Him and the ocean. Almost like a date, Asher chuckled to himself, adjusting the backpack a bit as he continued his walk towards absolute solitude. Or so, at least he thought he'd be completely isolated.

Moxiey was swimming lazily near the shore until she saw something moving above the surface. Slowly, carefully, she peeked her eyes above the water and dipped back down in excitement. A human! Adrenaline surged through her veins and she quickly decided to follow him.

Asher caught a slight bit of movement in the waves off the shore in the corner of his eyes, but waved it off as a seal out hunting early. He kept walking for a mile or so until he finally arrived at a rather large rock outcropping. That's when he began to climb, careful as to not intentionally step on any exposed high-tide anemone, crabs, or muscles on his way up. He made sure to have checked to the weather forecast for today, calm seas and barely any wind–a perfect day to paint. As he ended his journey at the top of the rock outcropping, he took a moment to gaze at the beauty of the scene in front of him, one that stretched for miles on end until it dropped away at the pink horizon. A bit overjoyed and excited, he did a little happy dance after setting down his backpack. "Oh God, it's so beautiful! If it were a woman, I may just marry her," Asher mused to himself before setting up his 'equipment'.

Oh my God, those are my colors! She stayed in the water and watched him with a dreamy gaze. "He's so handsome…" she murmured quietly.

Asher began to hum-sing to himself, a tune he was making up on the spot and was admittedly, not that great of a melody, but he was showing his joy and that's all he cared about since he seemed to be alone. He spent a while setting up his easel, as he kept getting distracted by watching the gentle tides of the ocean. He noted a darker spot amongst the water, and once again passed it off as either a hunting seal or an odd rock just beneath the water.

Moxiey heard music, and it enchanted her. She swam to the surface and sat on a rock, hiding her tail from view, and began to sing softly in a clear, melodic voice.

Asher's voice faltered and faded away at the sound of another voice. A beautiful one. He let himself marvel in the graceful melody before glancing around, trying to locate the source. His search for the owner of this beautiful voice ended shortly as soon as he glanced down at a collection of rocks somewhat below his own. The question of how he didn't seem to notice her until now melted away as his main brain functions short-circuited and led to his eyes widening in amazement and his mouth gaping in an impressed trance.

Moxiey glanced up and saw the human boy staring at her. She quickly stopped singing.

Asher quickly snapped himself out of his trance and turned his face into a smile. He hesitantly waved a hand to wave at her and walked to the edge of his rock to get closer to her. "Woah, your voice is amazing! I haven't heard anything quite like that before," he spoke to her as he sat down on the edge of his rock. His voice was light, warm and welcoming to this surprise.

She blushed shyly and tucked her hair behind her ear. "Thank you, I, uh, practice a lot." She made sure to keep her fluttery tail out of his view.

"I bet you do!" Asher exclaimed with a chuckled and decided to attempt to make his way down to her. "What's your name, Miss Beautiful Voice of the Ocean?" He smiled and winked at her as he teased her a bit on her shyness.

"Oh, no I think I like that much better," she replied, becoming more extroverted the more she was around him. "I don't think I can tell you my real name now…"

"Ha! Well then, Beautiful Ocean Voice, how did you end up here? I thought I was alone but low and behold, I've been pleasantly surprised!" He joked as he finally made his way to an adjacent rock, holding his arms out for balance.

At this, she faltered slightly. "Oh, uh, I like to swim down in this cove, and I thought I would sing a little bit."

"A fellow adventurer I see? That's awesome! Especially since you know how to swim, Beautiful. You've got me beat 2 to 0," he laughed a bit at that and offered a hand to her. "My name is Asher."
