Well because I did research and apparently he's in his late thirties during the original iron man movies?? (Dosent make that much sense, but apparently.) So she would probably have to be her early thirties.

ooo i thought he was younger than that??? idk lol but yeah put her in her early to mid thirties then. damn i thought he and steve were like. the same biological age, and Steve was in his mid 20's (25, if i remember correctly)

I think that he was probably younger then that as well lol. I only looked at one source, I would rather them be more in the 20s range tbh lol.
