Eclipse was still shaking by the time they got home, and definitely not in any shape to do anything on his own. He wouldn't have been able to do anything that required standing or walking if he tried, thanks to what those hunters did to him. and he definitely shouldn't be left alone.
“I’ll take that as a no,” he carries him to the bath tub making sure the water was the right temperature. He placed Eclipse in the tub grabbing a washcloth and started washing his back. “Is it too hot?”
Eclipse flinched away from him the moment he wasn't being held anymore, flinching away from his touch with small sounds of incoherent terror, moving his arms above his head like a shield in fear of being hurt.
Saayan our down the washcloth and used his hand instead. “I’m right here, I’m not going anywhere,” he said softly.
Eclipse shrunk away the moment he was touched, whimpering, He looked up at Saayan, completely and utterly terrified. He still wasn't thinking clearly, and being touched like this wasnt helping his state of terror.
He just smiled softly as he moved strands of the hair out of Eclipse’s face. He kissed his forehead and continued to wash him.
Eclipse struggled against him feebly, "Stop~" he cried, not wanting to be touched, the others hands on him making it worse.
“Hey, Hey, I need you to work with me. We need to get cleaned up and can’t do that if you won’t let him. I’m not going to hurt you. I will never hurt you, you need to rest me okay. Do you want my hand or the washcloth?” He asked while stroking his hair.
Eclipse flinched away from his touch again, water getting everywhere as he splahed away, "D-Don't touch me.." he whimpered, trying his best to calm down, and failing almost entirely.
“Look at me,” he said softly. “Look me in the eyes,” he softened his eyes.
Eclipse was hyperventilating by now, quivering in corner of the bath farthest away from Saayan. His grey eyes had a terrified, animalistic quality to them. He'd been hurt, badly hurt, both physically, and mentally, not to mention emotionally. But he wasn't sure which part hurt more, the Hunter's crimes towards him, or the fact that Saayan didn't stop when he needed him to.
"Okay, okay," take deep breath in and out," he backed off and stopped touching him. "I'm not a treat okay? I'm your-your f-friend," he squeezed it out of his mouth reluctantly. He had to start from the very beginning.
Eclipse didn't hear him, too busy trying to calm down from his panicked state, his breathin shallow an erratic as he tried his best to think rationally.
"In and out," he showed Eclipse what to do. "Calmly okay?"
Eclipse's attention flicked back to Saayan, his eyes showing that he was acting more like an injured wolf than a traumatized human, but he managed to actually listen to Saayan after a little coaxing.`
Saayan began to smile, “See, just breathe. Are you…ready to get back in and try again?”
Seeing as he was still in the tub, there was no getting back in. But as for trying again, No. He still did not want to be touche, and thus shook his head, whimpering in fear.
“Okay I won’t make you. Do want some clothes though? I’m sure you’re cold,” he stood up draining the water from the tub.
Eclipse shrunk away in fear when the other stood up. But the way his fram quivered suggested that yes, he would prefer to be clothed. The only good thing to be said about the situation, is that he was mostly clean.
"I'll be back okay?" he smiled walking out the room. He frowned once Eclipse out of sight. He blamed himself for everything. He hadn't let that room Eclipse would have been the same person. He wouldn't have changed or been so scared of him. He hated the fact that he had to be called a friend. He hated it most how Eclipse would look at him like he was some criminal or like he was going to do something bad. He quickly picked out close wearing a fake smile as he walked in. "I'm back."
Eclipse waite anxiously for the other to return, his human side more or less remembering that Saayan could be trusted, but right now he needed time. Time to come to terms with what had happened. Time to bring his wolf an human instincts back into cohesion. He looked up when Saayan came back in, cowering away in the corner of the bath.
Saayan bent down once more, "Here, put them on," he gave the clothes to Eclipse slowly.
Eclipse took it hesitantly, looking up at him for permission again silently asking if it was for him.
He nodded placing it in his hands. "Take it," he chuckled and then leaned against the wall.
Eclipse shrunk when the other laughed at him, looking away submissively, quickly pulling them on, then curling up where he was, still unable to stand.
"Want anything to eat?" he tilted his head, looking at Eclipse. "Do you like the clothes?"
Eclipse shrunk back even more, feeling trapped on account of being stuck in the tub, but he still idn't want to be touched, and he couldn't tell if the other was trying to help or if he'd trick him.
"I want you to eat, you need to eat. You're going to starve and you already look under weight. You must be starving. Please let me pick you up and let you eat," he begged.
Eclipse finally nodded with a soft whimper, still scared, but rational enough to realize the other probably wasn't threatening him.
He smiled, softly picking Eclipse up and bringing him to the kitchen. "Wanna me to sit you down at the table?"
