Looks: Tall (about 6' or so not including wings), fair skin with faint "freckles" on their cheeks, attractive facial structure and build, covered in black "armor" of sorts with slats for the eyes in the mask (it's similar to a knight's visor) as well as armor on the arms/hands/legs/bits of the back and chest (small changes depending on what gender they want to look like), four large wings (only the main part is connected to the back, the "feathers" are more like glowing blades of sorts), large black horns that curve from the front of the forehead back and around then up where a small glowing orb usually sits between the points
Eyes: None
Hair: About neck length, straight white hair (also seems to be glowing)
Body: On the thinner/daintier side
Skin: Pale whitish-yellow that glows faintly (brightness can be adjusted to some extent)
Other notes: Can shapeshift to disguise themself as just about anything (though they have to use illusion magic to make it so they don't look like a glowing cat or smth)

Personality type: Uptight, rule-following, kind of a jerk in command (which earned them the nicknames relating to Lucifer), generally polite, very dense, not up-to-date with modern culture of really any species/universe, has issues thinking for herself/doing things "fun," probably a workaholic due to the stress of their strategic job
Other: Works as an "imperial general" for the god of light in my story, wields a javelin made of light, actually looks like a freaky multi-faced dragony angel thing made of pure light so blinding that they have to change shape and wear their armor to avoid making people's eyes explode at the sight of them

Eyes: Baby blue eyes and long, dark brown eyelashes and eyebrows that frame them. Her eyes have a few silver specks in them.
Hair: Her hair is a lighter brown but still the same shade as her eyelashes/brows. She'll normally wear it down but on an odd day she'll wear it up. Very long locks, straightened but naturally wavy. Her hair goes down to the middle of her back when wavy and just a bit further when straightened
Body: Her body is extremely curvy and thin. Her stomach is flat but her rump and thighs are powerful and muscular. Her chest is quite small though. Her body is more of a pear shape than anything.
Skin: Her skin is quite pale but she tans nicely and naturally in the summertime. A spray of freckles covers her cheeks and the T-zone of her face.

Maybe they're her guardian angel? Maybe she summons them by mistake and he can't go back until she figures out why they came in the first place.

the last one sounds good. maybe the particular summoning accidentally binds Lokai to her until a certain condition is met?

Lydia rolled around her bed, finished her essay just now. She had started it last minute and finished it just a minute ago, so she decided to search the web for random keywords and seeing what popped up. She scrolled through the pages with the keywords 'Help for sale', wondering how many funny websites she could find off of that.

Lokai was currently taking a much needed break from work, and was sitting back in their office chair. She wasn't too fond of it, as she didn't see why she needed to sit, or bother with anything involving a form that needed sitting, but here she was. Her break wasn't even voluntary–in fact, a friend of hers, a weapons supplier, had taken it upon themselves to check in with her daily, having her take at least three one-hour breaks a day

Lydia came upon what seemed to be an interesting page and opened it in a new tab. The website popped up and ominous sounding music came blaring from her computer. She quickly muted it, scrolling down the website. She clicked on another link next to some gibberish and her screen went completely white. 'What the hell?" she groaned, throwing her head back on her pillows. It seemed like her computer had crashed, but little did she know…
