I took this idea from someone on Imgur, this is not my idea but I simply want to put it in a roleplay because I believe it will be fun.
A god presents you with an opportunity of inheriting your own magical domain in a separate dimension. When you enter, you may leave the domain at any given time but you can never return to the dimension until you have proven yourself by completing it's trials.
Upon completion, you may teleport yourself in and out of the domain and bring others. Any physical injuries sustained will be healed. Inside you have eternal youth and your domain will rid all the dangers from your trial.
In order to successfully survive, you will be given a wardrobe and unlimited food and water from a well. Accompanying you are clockwork servants limited to the size of your domain who only do their daily duties such as cooking, cleaning, or working their stations. You chose the Hunter's Castle Trial. (I might do others in another roleplay.)
A long time ago, this medieval castle belonged to a hunter. It's grand halls are built like a labyrinth, which houses armories and various trophy rooms among another. However, the castle is now uninhabited and locked, with good reason. Various booby traps are scattered around the castle, and the strange animated armored statues patrol the grounds.
Large sections of this place are closed off, physically locked, hidden, or sealed wit supernatual powers relevant to the domain and it is up to you if you wish to risk you life unlocking these chambers. Everthing you discover before the time limit ends will be yours, while everything you did not, will disappear forever.
This is where it came from. Read the gifts and drawbacks and choose them. Don't worry about the abyss.
