Name: Chloe Celeste Hosterman. No relation to Dove Cameron (whose real name is Chloe Celeste Hosterman)

Species: Chloe is unique, even in the supernatural community. It's normal normally a hybrid of two species, but very rare to be more than 4. Chloe's mother was half mermaid, half human to animal shapshifter. Her father was half fairy, half human to ghost shapshifter.
So, in short: Mermaid, fairy, animal and ghost shapshifter.

Background: Despite being of so many species, Chloe was told that she was special but like everyone else. As a child, she was bullied for all of her abilities. As she go folder, she became celebrated because she was so unique. But she hated it. Because in one the one year between primary school and high school, everyone's views had changed and suddenly everyone wanted to be her. So she ignored everyone and they eventually left her alone.
Enhanced abilities: Chloe takes abilities from each of her species.
She can naturally breathe underwater and is an amazing swimmer, even without a tail. She can make a tail appear on command.
Chloe can take on ghost form. Her hair becomes a silver colour with pink tips. Her skin becomes a grey colour and her eyes sparkle gold. She had the ability to pass through walls and fly. She can also see ghosts when she needs to.
Chloe can make large pale pink wings appear on command and fly. Not much else fairy wise though.
Chloe is skilled in taking on traits of animals. She can take skills from animals or parts. For example, she can take on the speed of a wolf and the wings of an eagle. She does have the ability to fully change into an animal but she needs to concentrate extremely hard and only for a short amount of time.
