"Watching you two," She said, her mouth twitching slightly. Suddenly she pulled the cake out from behind her back and grinned, pushing it towards his face.

His hands dropped to his side" you have got to be kidding me," he glanced up at both of them and smiled "what did I do to deserve this?" he shook his head and smiled "I'll return shortly," he went to his room to wash up before the speeches started

She giggled lightly and took another piece of cake, this time to eat. She walked back to their table and set the cake down, getting one more for Loki before starting to eat.

THor smiled at Avalin "I see you've been learning his little tricks," he laughed and went to go find him.
He walked in on Loki, trying to get frosting out of his hair. "You're never going to get that out,"
"No kidding, with how much you two shoved in my face, it'll be a miracle if I get it all out next time I shower," he said
"Come now, you're queen is waiting" Thor and Loki walked back to the room, exchanging remarks as they walked along the halls. Loki sat next to Avalin and smiled, shaking his head "you little mischief maker,"

"I learned from the best," She poked his shoulder lightly and pushed the piece of cake towards him, "Here, I saved you a piece." She smiled lightly and took another bite of her cake before glancing up at him and chuckling lightly.

"ha ha very funny," He took a bite of the cake and smiled back at her "good to know that you and my brother like to play tricks on me, maybe this place will get more interesting."

She finished her cake and smiled happily at him, tempted to take a piece of his cake as well. "Oh don't worry, I'm not going to take sides on tricks, so this'll be quite fun."

"good, I hate it when there's sides," he looked at her, playfulness glinting in his eyes "don't even think about it," he said sliding his plate away from her

"But I'm your wife," She complained, a small smile on her face "Plus I didn't have to save you a piece," She leaned her head on his shoulder and smiled, not sure of when the speeches were going to start.

He smiled and poked her nose, leaving a dot of frosting "there," he kissed the side of her temple and smiled "your more than that," he glanced up as his brother came towards them. "Speeches are starting." Loki nodded

She smiled and wiped the frosting off carefully, poking his cheek and leaving frosting mark on his cheek. "Ok," She nodded before looking at Loki, tapping her fork against the table softly.

He wiped it off and smiled, sliding his left over price of cake towards her "time for some old fashion humilrion masked in good intentions!"

"I can't wait to see what they came up with," She chuckled lightly, kissing him on the cheek as a thank you before taking a bite of cake and waiting for whoever was supposed to go first.

He sighed a breath "I can guarantee you it's going to be my brother."

She smiled and looked up at him "Are you nervous to see what he's going to say?"

"no, I know exactly what he's going to say, whether he decides to say it in front of a crowd is up to him."

"Well, whatever he decides, know that I'm here if you need help not murdering him.." She said, finishing the rest of his cake and looking at all the people.

He chuckled and smiled "I might take you up on that soon, he's about to start."
Thor began his speech "never in a million years would I ever think to see my brother with such an amazing women like Avalin, honestly at first, I though she was trying to make me jelous by being with Loki, soon did I realize that they were for each other…..speech…..and that's how Loki lost his first battle…..and that's how we got to this very moment is occasion here." He nodded in respects to his brother and smiled "to my new sister in law, and to my brother, who needs a women like Avalin to keep him check" they all shared a laugh and cheersas Thor finished his speech

"Now that wasn't that bad, was it?" She smiled at Loki and leaned her head on his shoulder.

"No, though I think it could have done without the part where I lost a bet to him." He leaned his head against hers and kissed her temple, brushing his lips against her skin
