Isabela continued reading in the window sill the moonlight directly on her book.

Eve continued reading, loosing track of time as the night went on. Eventually, the exhaustion from her shift caught up with her, and she accidentally nodded off, leaning against the shelf as she drifted into a light sleep.

Isabela looked at the time it was 9:10. She wasn't too worried about being late she found the woman resting her head on a shelf after she nodded off. She couldn't help but smile. She poked at the woman in hopes of waking her up. "Excuse me miss?" She asked in a soft voice.

Eve stirred, but she didn't wake. Her book that she was reading was still open on her lap, and some of her hair had fallen across her face as her head tilted to rest against the shelf.

Isabela shook the woman slightly as another attempt to waker her up "excuse me miss?" She repeated slightly louder but still in a hushed tone.

Eve hummed softly and woke up looking confused. However, confusion quickly traded for surprise. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" she apologized quickly. "I fell asleep, didn't I?"

"Oh no it's fine it's just I am heading to my apartment so I gotta close up for the night." She stammered.

Eve nodded. "Right. Yes. I'm so sorry, it's been a long day." She gathered herself, smoothing her hair and fixing her shirt, before she pushed herself to her feet.

Isabela giggled "well c'mon sleeping beauty you can go sleep at home now." She Teased

Eve flushed at being called "Sleeping Beauty," and she hid it by bending down to pick up her book. "Alright, I'm going. You could act like you wanted to get rid of me a bit less," she teased right back, straightening up and brushing her hair out of her face.

"Well I have hent- I mean anime to watch at home so" she responded.

"Ah, well, don't let me keep you any longer." Eve picked up her coat, tucked her book in the crook of her arm and waved as she left.

Isabela waved back and walked to her car and headed home to watch hentai I mean anime toataly anime not hentai.

Eve had to work the next morning, but she came by the library in the afternoon, hoping to see Isabela.

Isabela was sitting at the desk checking out a book for a little girl.

Eve leaned in the doorframe and watched with a soft smile on her features.

Isabela's frekles were vibrant in the late afternoon sunlight. She headed over to the back skiping a bit. Her fluffy hair bouncing as she did so.

Eve continued to watch Isabela until she realized exactly what she was doing. Her eyes went wide, and she averted her gaze quickly. Stop staring at the librarian!

Isabela came back "oh hey umm Miss." She hesitated "umm I never did get your name?"

Eve looked up again as Isabela approached her. "Hello," she greeted. "I'm Eve. Eve Springett."

"Isabela. Isabela Montezz." Isabela replied holding her hand out toward Eve. "Isa works fine though."

Eve smiled and took Isa's hand. She shook it professionally, but she would have rather kissed it playfully. "Hello Isa."

"Well I have to go back to work stacking shelves. Have a good day Eve." She said wheeling a cart of returned books.
