(Going to stalk this since I missed my chance-)

(Would you like to have our own rp)

That's be fresh as hell!//

@MonocarpicCathartic

Hmmm, maybe good jock/nerd? I have a character in mind that I'd like to use (one of my only humans), although he doesn't seem to fit super well into any of those categories. He's a total chaotic neutral, to be honest. I could see people calling him a nerd because of how he sometimes dresses more femininely, though.

Or I could use one of my non-humans and make them human for the sake of this rp—I really don't mind. Tell me which role you most want to play, and I'll match it!

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

It honestly doesn't matter to me. And your non human ones could totally stay non human and be pretending to human and then other non humans could like, be hunting him or some shit and drama

@MonocarpicCathartic

I mean, if you're sure you're cool with it, it could give a reason as to why people are maybe trying to get his boyfriend to back off. Maybe because they're trying to target him or whatever. I just don't want it to impede on the clicheness too much lol. Or I could make it more cliche by using my vamp character in the classic 'vamp hunters hunt down innocent vamp' trope, and his boyfriend could either know/not know about it.

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

Lol we always love a cliche. I'm totally fine with that and we can add even more to it by him not knowing until like, the hunters are shooting wooden stakes at him or something. That's always a great situation to find out things

Name: Elijah Millet

Age: Seventeen

Sexuality: Needless to say, he's hella homosexual

Species: Vampire

Appearance: Elijah has very curly dark brown hair that ends at the nape of his neck. It frames his face nicely, not quite long enough to obscure his equally brown eyes, but long enough to almost entirely cover both his ears. He has sharp features and pronounced dimples with straight, white teeth and a clean smile. He also has a nose piercing—a simple ring through his left nostril. Unlike the vampire stereotypes, Eli typically has tanned skin. It's not uncommon for him to wear pastel colors, specifically sweaters, when he's in a particularly good mood, along with various colored jeans or shorts. His outfits vary so much that it's hard to predict what he'll be wearing.

Personality: Eli has crippling shyness, but he's full of genuine (contagious) smiles and giggles. He's the type to smile and wave from behind someone he feels safe with. He's a total animal lover—the kind that ugly cries when he sees those YouTube videos where one is injured or has lost its family (not because he relates… probably). Overall, he's really sensitive, but treasures those he loves above all else. He also really hates drinking blood from the source, and hasn't done so since he was seven. Eli isn't a naturally suspicious person, but he tries to keep his guard up around foreign people. All it would take is one mistake to end up like his parents, and countless others before them.

Backstory: Elijah was born a vampire, unlike others who were forcefully turned by another of his kind. His parents were both vampires who were constantly on the run with him for the first seven or so years of his life. Predictably, vampire hunters eventually caught up with them and manage to kill his mother, who had tried to fight them off to protect her family. His father and him escaped long enough to find some semblance of safety, and then his father ran off into the night without another word. Eli suspects suicide fueled by grief. The young vampire was left to live on the streets for three days before he was picked up by CPS. They, of course, had no clue he wasn't human, and eventually gave him to a foster home a few weeks later. Contrary to the many stories he'd heard of foster homes being something scary, Elijah found himself pleasantly surprised by the people that had taken over the task of raising him. As luck would have it, both of his foster parents were also vampires, and knew exactly how to care for his needs. He terribly missed his parents, even more so with the realization that he'd never see them again, but with time he could even begin to call himself happy. Fast forward several years later and he was still living with his foster parents, having recently come to terms with his sexuality after ogling after another boy at his high school. They started talking and bam! They were an item. A closeted item, granted, but an item nevertheless.

Other: Dinner at his house is interesting. His foster parents are both phlebotomists, which means they have pretty much unlimited access to blood as long as they're careful with records.

(Is this okay? Also, I'm crashing for the night, so I probably won't be back on until morning…)
