Skye woke later that night, yawning tiredly. Sleepily he got upand went to the window again dragging a blanket with him, settling himself in the window sill to look out over the city.

Jay started to wake up when he felt Skye get up. He opened his eyes slightly.

Skye had already padded to the other side of the room, looking out over the city lights.

Jay just closed his eyes not asking anything else.

Skye hummed softly to himself, tracing pictures in the window.

Jay was awake just with his eyes closed.

Skye soon began murmuring the words to a lullaby, humming them softly in between.

Skye kept up the tune with a note of sadness in his voice.

Jay noticed the tone of voice.

Skye brushed away a stray tear as he continued the song.

Jay sat up and looked at Skye. He debated going over there.

Skye hummed, switching between humming and singing as he carried the tune absentmindedly.
(Sorry for leaving like that! My dad took me out to see a movie and then we got dinner…)

Jay walked over and sat near him. He didn't say a word

(Dude it's alright. Live your life. I have no life so it's fine. I'm up till 2am my time anyway.)

(What time is it for you? Also I take my RP's very seriously so…. Shrugs)

Skye didn't notice him, falling silent a few moments later.

Jay didn't say anything even when Skye finished. He didn't want to disturb him.

(9:06 pm)

(Oh yay! Sam timezone!)
SKye sighed softly, leaning back in the windowsill.

(Oh cool)

"How do you feel?" He mumbled after a little while.

Skye looked up in surprise, blinking.

"You ok?" He asked and looked at him.

He snapped out of it a moment later, "Uhm.. yeah.. just didn't realize you were there…." he said softly.

"That's alright. I'm sorry. I should have said something when I went over here." Jay said then stood. "I'm going to go to my room…"

Skye nodded, "Night Jay…" he murmured.

"Night." Jay said and went to his room and went to bed.

Skye watched him as he left, before going back to staring out the window.
