Hey there! So a while back I had multiple rps about like bands or just music/singing in general and those were some of my favorites. We can definitely go more in-depth with the details and stuff, but this is just kind of the theme I guess lol.
So does anyone want to do a band/music sort of rp?

Appearance: He's about 5'4 with slim, somewhat soft features. He's lithe and fairly athletic, but not incredibly muscular. He has an undercut with platinum blonde dyed hair (his natural hair color is brown, which is visible in the undercut). His eyes are blue, and he has a slit in one eyebrow. He's mostly proportional for his size, but he does have small hands and feet.
Personality: SMALL AND ANGRY. Paris tends to be overdramatic and deflects everything with annoyance most of the time. He's soft underneath, but he's not about to admit it any time soon, so he'll just continue yelling and fighting for now (tsundere for sure). If you mention his height he can and will fight you without any hesitation. Will also beat up LGBTQphobic people any time ("nothing feels better than punching a homophobe once in a while"). He likes praise and compliments and attention in general, and secretly likes to be held. Clingy once you get past all the rage.
Background: Paris grew up in a less than ideal household with a father who abused him and his younger sister, London. He usually took the brunt of the damage in an attempt to protect her. It only got worse when his father found out that he was gay, and so Paris ran off with his sister when he was 17.
How they joined the band: After running away, he needed money and since he's pretty good at singing, he chose to join a band that his friend was a part of (can be your character if you want them to know each other fairly well already <3)

Hobbies: Dancing, Singing, Adrenaline Junkie (so roller coasters and other risky things), Clothes Design, Sewing (makes a lot of his own clothes)
Likes/Dislikes: Likes singing, his sister, sushi, sugary things (bribe him with candy), and designing/making clothes. Dislikes his father, sitting still (always has simultaneously too much energy and zero energy. He's running on energy drinks), Coffee, Homophobes, and anyone mentioning his height.
Other: Might end up dying his hair different colors if the notion hits him. He tends to be very impulsive and hates to be bored. VERY TOUCH STARVED. Also doesn't like blood much (makes him dizzy).
I just realized I've been assuming this whole time that the band is a very popular band, but we never discussed that lol. What do you think?

Appearance: He has a very curly mop of ginger hair. He is 6ft with an average build, not very muscular, not skinny, not overweight just kind of there. He really likes to wear blush, eyeliner, and mascara. Most of the time he wears jeans, or courderouy pants, with a t-shirt and one of the suit jackets to the many suits he has.
Personality: He is very easy-going and usually just along for the ride. However, he is one of the most energetic and chaotic members of the band when they're on stage performing. He is a big cuddle bug and loves affection, physical touch and quality time being his love languages. (I am still developing him so there will be more I just need to rp with him lol).
Background: In middle school his best friend played guitar and Hawthorne thought he was so cool so he had his friend teach it to him. Freshman year of high school his best friend moved away and gave Hawthorne his guitar. He still uses it to date. His family was sure he wasn't going to commit to the band, they were sure it was going to just be a phase. For a while they just humored him because of that. But when he didn't accept a very good scholarship they were unhappy and not very supportive. (once again still figuring this out lol)
How they joined the band: In his senior year of high school he joined a band that two of his friends were part of. The other members hoped he would be the singer but he didn't want to in the slightest. They were glad to get a guitar though. Paris and Hawthorne were friends in school already then they got a lot closer once Paris joined the band.
Band Position: Lead guitar, some background vocals
Hobbies: Jewelry making, roller skating, poetry, tennis
Likes/Dislikes: Likes spy/heist movies, the morning, art museums, and any joke (he laughs at everything). He dislikes hiking, the heat, reading, and the ocean.
Other: He wears different colored and patterned suits at every concert. He is really really bad at taking care of plants, even just a bouquet of flowers. Early fans started calling him Cloud and it caught on, now everyone in the fanbase, even interviewers and show hosts call him Cloud. Prefers electric guitar over acoustic, but he plays both.

So they've known each other for at least 2 years, probably more like 3 so they know each other pretty well. I'm gonna say Hawthorne is kinda flirty but in a low-key way, Idk if that works lol but here we are. So yeah. I think we should start it before they're together so we can play out the confession and stuff because that's always fun lol.

Just a week ago [band name] had released a single to a very small audience, now they were number one on the top 100 billboard charts. Hawthorne was still adjusting to their smaller audience of maybe 200 people, let alone millions of people. The band was hanging out in their studio trying to figure out what song to release next. Thorn was sitting on the couch, cuddling with a pillow. "Guys I think we should release Moody next." He said, interrupting Oliver, the bass player, who was talking about a totally different song.
"That's only because you have a guitar solo in that one, realistically it doesn't have the 'wow factor' of a single. It wouldn't even do half as good as Television." Oliver disagreed.
Paris was sprawled out on his back on the floor, bouncing a small ball against the wall idly. It was partially for his amusement, but he figured the steady noise would annoy someone soon anyway. "Yeah, I dunno if that's a good idea. Maybe we should do one of the… uh… quieter ones. Girls like those, right?" He asked. He didn't exactly have much experience with women, after all. "London likes that kinda stuff, anyway. We could do… Rosy Eyes? Or something faster paced. I don't have much of a preference, so…" He threw the ball against the wall again, smirking when he noticed one of his band members glaring at him.
(Oh man I'm so sorry. A whole bunch of projects and finals took over my life and I haven't been able to go on here at all. School ends mid-next week and I won't be super active until after that. Once again very sorry about that!!)
Thorne slumped into the couch, knowing they were all right but refusing to admit it. After a few seconds of silence, Oliver spoke up. "Actually that one might be perfect, I know that a lot of other successful artists do that- releasing a slower quieter song after a hype one. So all in favor of releasing Rosy Eyes next?" Out of the five members, two of them raised their hands right away. After a moment of consideration, Thorne raised his as well only because he couldn't think of anything better.

Paris raised his hand nonchalantly, yawning a bit. "I agree, obviously, since it was my idea and all. It should work for… uh… what is it? Diversity or something? Shows people that we can do different types of music 'n stuff other than just fast paced. Wider range of listeners, wider range of personal tastes, so on and so forth… appeals to more people, basically." He started tossing the ball against the wall again until another band member took it from him to shut him up, prompting him to stick his tongue out like a brat, of course.
"Then it's decided. In a couple more weeks we'll release it and hopefully, it will be just as successful as Television." Oliver said with a satisfied smile. Everyone had unanimously decided that he was the "leader" of the band, even if it wasn't official. He is the bass player, Harley is the drummer, and Gabe is on the keyboard.
"I'm only ok with releasing this one because Paris suggested it. If it was any of the rest of you I would be arguing right now." Thorne said, almost threateningly. He glanced down at Paris then back up to Oliver. "But hey, as long as I get to play Moody live, that's all that really matters." He said back to his regular calm demeanor.
Paris smirked up at Thorne a bit, resting his chin on his knuckles. "Awww, you care about my opinion~" He teased. "Glad I've got some sort of redeemable qualities, I guess." He shrugged and rolled onto his back, folding his arms behind his head as he stared at the ceiling. Although I suppose he could be saying that just because I'm a huge pain to argue with… and a pain in general. Probably just doesn't want to deal with me. He shook his head lightly to clear the thoughts and sighed. "I'm sure we'll be releasing lots of songs in due time if Rosy Eyes does well."
Thorne smiled and looked down at Paris again. He kept his mouth shut though as to not bother the other band members. Only a few months ago he had been consistently flirting with Paris, mostly for the fun of it since he actually reacted well, but also as a means to deal with the blooming feelings for the other boy. But one day Oliver pulled Thorne aside and told him that he needed to stop since it was bothering him especially, but it bothered a couple others as well.
"Well even if Rosy Eyes sucks ass we'll still release more since this is all for fun, remember?" said Harley. "Don't let this success turn us into narcissistic jerks that just care about the money."
