“Ah I can always get a new one, don’t worry about it.” He murmured, smiling sweetly. He perked up, moving to a door next to the kitchen area. Behind the door was a closet filled with blankets and towels and what looked like a bunch of old, bloodied weapons. “Here,” He said, pulling a blanket out. Marcus walked to Firiko and draped the blanket over the other’s wings and shoulders. “It gets cold, keep warm.”
Firiko looked up at him, blushing, "Thanks…" he said, unsure of what else to do. Studying the other for a moment his fingers distractedly tangled in the chain of his amulet, fingering the gem.
Marcus tilted his head, joining the other on the couch. “What’s that? It’s pretty.” He asked softly, tilting his head and smiling sweetly.
"My wolf Amulet…" said Firiko, gripping the chain a little out of instinct. This was one of the few signs of what he really was, aside from his unusual hair color.
He had heard stories of the race of wolves but never actually met one. “Are you part Wolf?!” He grinned happily.
"Half Solaris…" said Firiko, a little off guard by the other's excitement.
“Ah! That’s amazing!” He said happily, gently taking Firiko’s hands in his. “Do you have another form?! I’ve heard most have!”
(Ps I’m at work now and I won’t be back till 10 pm MDT :/ ill have to reply later tonight and then we can continue tomorrow.)
(Cool, see ya! Btw I love this Rp!)
“Ah! That’s amazing!” He said happily, gently taking Firiko’s hands in his. “Do you have another form?! I’ve heard most have!”
Firiko looked up at him carefully, "Yeah.. a half wolf has two forms, Wolf, and human…" he said, "And yes, I can shift to Wolf form…"
(Fyi, depending on how tired I am I may or may not be up until, or after 10Pm your time… which isn't exactly the best for me, but I also don't have good sleep habits to begin with… )
(I love it too! See ya! I’ll be leaving after this last post.)
“Can I see?” He asked softly, biting his lip. “Sorry if I’m getting ahead of myself. I-I’m just curious!” He blushed.
(Byyeee!)
Firiko nodded shyly, moving off the couch before shiftjng to the form of a very large wolf. He still had his wings, and the injured one rested on his back. His amulet was also visible, though barely due to his thick fur.
(Okey I don’t know if you’re still on but I’m here XD)
Marcus let out an excited squeak, reaching out but not touching him. “May I?” He asked softly, wanting to feel the fur of his soulmate.
(Hi, I'm up now… It's Saturday, so I slept in…)
Firiko carefully pressed into the other's hand, knowing he'd better get used to the other sooner rather than later.
(Haha that’s ok)
Marcus stroked the other’s fur, humming happily, “You’re soft.” He murmured, smiling. “Its amazing. I’m not magical in anyway but I’ve come across many people who can use it. My gang leader Marx was a-“ he stopped himself there, shuddering.
Firiko looked up at him with slight worry, pressing a bit closer to him.
“Mm forget about what I just said.” He murmured, his mood growing sour. He rested his cheek on Firiko’s side, sighing. “You’re vwry soft.”
Firiko nodded, humming quietly as the other pressed closer. Carefully he moved his good wing so it was around the other.
Marcus groaned audibly, rubbing at his face but enjoying the warmth of the other’s wing. “I’m glad that I have found my soulmate but… I’m a bit of a deadbeat. I’m not really good for anything but self harm and abuse.” He rubbed at a bruise on his cheek, recalling where it had come from; his father had paid a visit the other night and hit him when Marcus wouldn’t return home.
Firiko pressed against him comfortingly. "There's no way you can be worse than surviving to Primal.." he said quietly.
He sighed sadly and nodded, wrapping his arms around the wolf next to him. “Y-you can stay with me… if you want. You wouldn’t have to ever go back to the Primal.”
Firiko took the chance to shift back, melting in the other's grip his eyes studying the other again.
Marcus pulled him closer, smiling softly at him. “It took far too long to find you.” He said with a soft, rather weak laugh. “But I’m glad I did find you at this time and not a year back.”
Firiko nodded, "I guess I better thank those hunters… otherwise I'd be well into the Primal by now…"
“And I wouldn’t have found you. But what hunters?” He frowned, tilting his head.
"The hunters who attacked me…" said Firiko, "A lone halfblood like me is a prime target, especially one with wings…"
Marcus’s expression grew concerned. “Stay with me, Firiko. I can help you keep away from them.” He said, taking the halfbloods hand in his.
Firiko nodded, "I plan on it… until my wing heals I'm vulnerable…" he said quietly, hating the fact that his greatest advantage could so easily become his biggest vulnerability.
Marcus grinned, ruffling Firiko’s hair. “I’ll help you heal it.” He said softly, releasing the other and moving to stand, offering his hand. “Let’s finds you a shirt. I have quite a few older ones that I can rip up. The only issue is, how are we going to get your wings in them? Should I cut them up like the shirt you wore? Or just two slots in the back?”
