I would google something like “dead (unspoken) languages” and see what comes up… or just google languages in a certain part of the world that matches your fantasy land. You could also search up “language name generators” or something and see if any useful websites come up…

For my language, Hivlang, the name comes from the words "Hivemind" and "Language." However, it's not pronounced like it looks. It's pronounced more like HE-E-Vv-Ll-A-O-n-g.
