One day a special hero arrives at The Dark Lords palace, a hero blessed with invincibility; The Dark Lord annihilates him over and over again but the hero continues to return. pls, tell me that the reader doesn't know Jotham is the 'bad guy' at first???
anyway, lemme think…
maybe something like: fight fire with fire (or an enhanced version of this…)
oorrrrr 'the chosen and the invincible'
(they make me think of Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Agent P, the fight just goes ooon and on)
sounds nice to: 'on and on' or '(going)round and round'
'after the battle' (with the dark lord) or something like that….
these are the first few ones that popped into my mind, maybe you can get some inspiration from them. Good luck!

cause it could also be the story about two people who are teaming up. Maybe change the 'and' to 'or'?

It depends on the tone you want for your story. If its humorous, I think @writelikeyourerunningoutoftime's suggestion would be hilarious. But if its not, you could go with "Immovable" or "Unstoppable" or something along those lines.
Some other things might have to do with the theme of your story. Do you have any particular motifs in your story that seem important? A phrase that's repeated? SOmething like that makes a good title.
