Two of my main characters are making promises to each other on a post it note, can anyone give me an idea or examples of some promises?

Well, it depends on what their relationship is. Like if it's two friends promising each other, it could go something like;
"Promise me we'll be friends forever…"
"I promise."
Or if they're dating or something it could go like;
"I promise to love you until my last day."
It could even be something realllllllly stupid…
"I promise to make you a peanut butter and jelly sandwich tomorrow at lunch."
