I'm writing a ball scene and I'm figuring out what I want my dresses to look like. Also if you want to write any suits that would be good too. I have a general idea, but I think I could do better. I'm looking for inspiration. By the way, it's taking place in a romanticized victorian-renaissance era. If you want to do a masquerade ball that would be cool too.

I actually have whole boards on it.
So far for each of my characters I have:
- A ruby red dress with a large silhouette and draping sleeves.
- A pale opal green dress with a slim figure and flowing design. It's sleeveless with white trim.
- An emerald green old fashioned suit with a gold trim.
- A royal blue dress much like the red one but with much more lace and silver highlights.
- Honey yellow dress that fades into a sunflower yellow. It has a lot of volume and butterfly accents.
I just feel like I could do better, do you have any ideas?
Look up gold ball gowns. You will not be disappointed lol
