I don’t have a playlist per day, but there is one scene I can see happening with “Exogenesis Symphony pt. 3” by Muse playing to it, and another with “Dirty Imbecile” by the Happy Fits. I’m curious to see your thoughts and playlists!
I have a Spotify playlist for every story that I make. A lot of my thriller stories tend to have more rock or angst-y themed music, but my romance stories have more of a peppy tone when it comes to music.
I have an ongoing fanfiction series where every story in it (which, read as a whole, could be considered as chapters? I'm writing everything totally out of order) shares a title with a song. I've also used that naming convention for a few other stories but that series in particular I've paid special attention to pick songs for titles because one of the main characters is a singer. For the most part, the songs are also quite close in mood to what is going on in the story, if only because I know I will be associating the two once I pick it. I've kept a playlist of those songs-I've-used-as-titles, mostly for my own amusement. I would share the playlist, but YouTube keeps removing some of the entries in it for various reasons, so I'll have to populate it again!
I have 5 for my story. They all mean different things and all have different vibes depending. I would definitely say that I have songs from the playlists that I might associate with with particular scenes but I don't really think about that.
