I kinda just grazed over it, but one thing I found was that you said 'Everything is almost the same' which CAN NOT be true! I know people put that a lot because they are too lazy to think of something other, but its starting to get too used. If teleportation is possible, that would be a HUUUUGEE change for everyone! Like seriously, think about it! Stores will try to sell the products which will lead into more jobs and companies! There will have to be laws about where people can teleport so that no one teleport into a military base or somewhere unwelcome to the public! Can people take items/food with them when they teleport? And along with the magic, new types of materials would be needed to keep the prisoners inside their cells, and with new types of materials and elements comes new opportunities and drawbacks! I could go on and on but those are just some off the top of my head.
