Without going too into detail, my MC and the secondary character (lets just call him The Prince) have over 500 years age difference due to a spell that kept the prince asleep and untouched for said time period. What differences would there be between the MC and The Prince? What could change within 500 years?
The first things that come to mind is language (like any slang, metaphor and all that jazz), values and view on people/society (take how society views the LGBTQ community today vs 20 years ago).
