its weird cus on the off chance that i do sleep before 12 (which hasn't happened in weeks), then it's probably restless or i can't sleep the full night without waking up

Is there any reason why that happens? Are you stressed, anxious, or just restless in general?

Sleep is good. It builds intelligence and brainpower, and helps your body grow strong and lean.

(okay but in all honesty i know that i was actually doing some homework but i've finished)

I get a lot of it and look at me… I have an aIQ of 129 and a 4.0 GPA (last time I checked it was 4.0 it's probably diminished by now.), and bench 160 (my bench is also reduced from what it once was though).

I slept at six pm the other day, woke up at around eight pm, fell back asleep and woke up around eleven, went to sleep at twelve and then woke up at six for school.
Should I be worried? This usually doesn't happen.

I slept a lot, though. Even though I felt refreshed, it's still a bit worrying.
