they have your profile on restricted mode, i know how to get out of that.

in the top left corner of any YouTube page are three lines, click on that icon and scroll down to settings, then click on your youtube picture and then click sign out.

hitting sign out will put you on a guest account allowing you to browse youtube all you like.

No, our accounts aren't actually signed into youtube. They have youtube blocked through the chromebook itself. It's some sort of application installed on the device that we can't remove.
