I am stuck on what to do with my story! My Story is called Feykri and the Dragon's Amulet, It mainly follows an Elven Woman by the name of Feykri Armedian, who is a thief/rogue-like character. The villain in my story is her brother Minast who has grown a hatred for her because she left him to die. That's really all I have, I have the party members names and personalities but after that, I have been stuck for the past month!

@nekh

What exactly is your question? It seems to me like you don't even have a plot, which might be your problem.

@TheGhostWriter

You might be right. You see, I have never been taught how to write a proper story but I would love to! I have the basic idea of my plot, but I was wondering if the "story" that I gave in the previous paragraph sounded cliche at all. Like, the Elven thief and the brother being the villain, that kind of thing. (also the party member thing is basically the team she assembles throughout the story, I know that was a little hard to understand.) P.S. {Thanks for responding!}

This is a really late comment, but it looks like you're seeing the world of your story through the eyes of a D&D player, calling your group of heroes a "party" and whatnot. I may be completely wrong, and probably am, but if you are viewing this world through a D&D lens, that may be a habit to stop, because D&D does not make for great storytelling. The story sounds good otherwise though.

For a generic story, you are correct. But if you can get someone to make a proper campaign, then that could make a great plot. But of course, it is a matter of opinion so, if you disagree, please disregard my comment.

To be clear, I was going from Zeland's post, not against it.
