"Ooh a new adventure!" Lillian mused aloud. "This should be interesting!" She slammed her textbook shut and ran off to capital. She distinctly heard her mother call her back, but she ignored the voice. A quest was much more interesting than boring math.

Liza grinned when she saw a poster outside her house. Finally, something interesting. Without a second glance, she headed out for the capital, arriving quickly and looking around in confusion. Where she had expected throngs of people, there were only a few milling about.

When Ruby heard the announcement, she mule over the prospect of the adventure as she walked through the town she was traveling through. Adventures were fun, yes, but she want sure participating would be worth the risk without payment. With her bag slung over her shoulder, she shrugged and turned to go to the capital. It hurt nothing going, and she could always back out if she deemed the risk too pricey.

"Now now, listen closely. Do you see this pretty crystal?" The announcer who stood on a balcony of a tower in the town square had reached his hand out raising a red crystal. It was luscious and with its bright red color, it would be seen as if it was luminating its own light. "Now this is an Anya crystal, it is scattered around ancient ruins located at the west of the capital". To the west, it was a forest infested with monsters. It had thick vegetation and the plants can vary, both harmful and helpful. The forest spans across the west starting from south west to north west and the end of the forest is yet to be discovered.

"Ooh!" Lillian mused, eyeing the crystal. "But what does that have to do with an adventure?" she called it, still bouncing impatiently. She wanted to get to the real action. Nevermind that she was still in high school.

Aydan frowned slightly, listening. Interesting…so whats the danger? He wondered, watching the announcer. I've done this once before, and there's always danger. He was silent.

"The real question is what doesn't it have to do with the quest. Never mind that. Your quest is to find a group and find as many as these crystals as possible. Whoever brings back the most, will get a magnificent prize!"

Ruby rolled her eyes at the mention of a group. She could handle one or two people at a time when it came to a job; any more than that and the money had to be split too many times. Even more likely, she would ditch the group and head out on her own; no one to hold her back or split the prize with.
"What is this magnificent prize?" She called out. She didn't like not knowing what she was working for. Too many ways to get cheated.

Martin had been listening silently for the most part. After the announcer said something about a magnificent prize, his eyes sparkled in wonder about what it might be.
A woman, though, asked the same question before he did which was fine. He sighed, waiting for an answer from the announcers.

Aydan fidgeted slightly. A team? He wasnt sure what that meant, but he was game for, well…a game. He wondered what the prize was, but remained silent.
