I have way too many PCs in my campaign. I need advice for dealing with all those players.

Well, it kind of matters on how well they all work together and if you want to do it yourself or do it with help.
You could break them up and work on seperate things per each team of 4-6. It could be revolved around the story telling and character interactions during the first half. Then the second half of the night would be everyone together during battle.
If you are able to, you can even get a buffer DM. Someone that can take the PC’s that seperate from the group and work with them while you take the main bulk and continue with them. Taking 15-30 minute intervals to have you and the helper DM come together and make sure your both on the same page.
