And how do you respond?

"Why did you make the demons better than us in every way?"
To which I'd respond,
"Look, I was completely hammered."

That's pretty much a whole Rick and Morty bit, isn't it?

"Creator, why do I exist?"
"You give quests and have no real significance passed this point"
"Well that's depressing"

I thought, therefore you were

You were, so i observed; thereafter i wrote.

Them: "Why did you do this to me?"
Me: cackles

Alexander: "Why do i exist?"
Me: "Cause of MY abuse"

"Why was I created?"
"Iunno. Just some random idea, I guess."

(I feel real weird putting a full fledged scene up here when everyone else has like, two lines at most but uh, it's what happened, so.)
She eyes me, the person in front of her, suspiciously, not quite believing that I'm her creator. She crosses her arms, rocking back on her heels, and asks "So… why? Why me, why all this," she gestures to the rock around her, then leans forward. "…and why all that?"
I tilt my head, thinking. "Well, it was all pretty gradual, actually. I had the idea of somebody wandering a maze, trailing their fingers over the walls as they went. That was a pretty vivid image in my head, so I wanted to do something with it. You," I gesture towards her "came up after I started doodling. I don't really remember the details."
She stares for a minute, then lets out a quiet "huh", and leaves. I let her go.

" Why did you do this to me, to my family? "

" Lmao, I was bored. Sorry. "

-"why would you create me?"
-"So you could be whatever I could never be"

This end up interesting. Makes me think about the nature of creation.

"What? You're saying you created me?"
"Well, uh… I thought I did. But I guess if you're… literally standing here in front of me… that's pretty subjective… o_o"

"You say I'm suppose to be you…? we look nothing alike.."
"Listen, you were what I want, But i love you my sweet daughter!!"

Me: Lmao just end every search with "please NSA I am but a humble author who needs to know how about the annual profits of arms trafficking."
