- over-reliant on his aeth (magic) abilities, while he certainly can fight plainly he’d probably be easily best by someone who actually knows how to fight
- can write! but again…only in an old, dead language. still, the ability to write is something that makes him standout in his world

- cares a lot about everyone! he’s just not great at showing it, but hopes to show it through the work he’s doing
