Runner went back to eating after a few moments, feeling horribly out of place.

Tessa glanced over to him, gripping his knee under the table in reassurance. "Ignore them and their high horses," she whispered to him. "They're just jealous we're naturally better than them."

It did little to reassure him, but he faked it the best he could, finishing his second slice and pushing the plate towards the middle of the table. "I'm full."

"It was pretty good, It seems I was the only one to go. You'd think that the other species would try to go there, but I digress. I prayed a bit and fixed up some of the ruins." He said, crossing his arms as he relaxed into the chair. "What did you do while I was away?" He asked, his head tilted a bit to the side as he asked.

"Well that's good. Um…" Atticus pressed his lips together in embarrassment before answering. "I was searching for any clues about Mania's whereabouts… I didn't have much luck, as usual," his face flushed hot red at his own failure.

("My name is Mark, I'm 20 years old, and I'm in a relationship with 15 stuffed animals.")

One of the waiters walked over to the two with a smile. "Would y'all care for any food?"

Avery rubbed his neck, sending a comforting smile to Atticus. "I'm sure you'll be able to find her. What about… Next time you look for her, tell me and we can hunt her down together?" He offered, his head tilted again. When the waiter came over, he looked to Atticus.

Tessa frowned, not buying it. She waved over a waiter. "Excuse me, but may I get a sfincione?" She used the more "fancy" term for the Sicilian pizza, attempting to appease the other guests and their opinion of the pair.

He shook his head. "I'm fine, really. No need for anything more."

(Awesome! Is there anyone I can ship with, or should I drag someone on here? already has ideas…)

Deleted user

(There is someone here, but they aren't online atm. It's your call)

Runner smiled, rubbing his nose. "If you think of a song that I won't have to scream, I could probably do it with you."

Deleted user

(Who is it? I'd to look at their character profile.)

@ElderGod-kirky group

"Hmmm." She thought of all the songs she listened to, not really finding one that he could probably keep up with or had any easy duet capabilities. "I don't have any in mind at the moment. All I can think of is Set It Off songs."

Deleted user

(Okay, when they're on, we can talk! In the meantime, should I just jump in?)

He tilted his head. "Never heard of them." He paused for a moment, then turned to a waiter. "Do you think it's possible we could get a guitar?" The last three words had to be shouted as a random couple began a horrible assault of Ain't No Mountain High Enough on the microphone. It was so bad it was worthy of jail time.

I realy want Avery to sing becuase he is a siren, but I don't want him to mind control everyone…

The waiter nodded with a smile completely oblivious. "Thank you. Please have it tuned a half step down." He turned to Tess. "Do you know Broken by Seether and amy (the most wonderful woman in the world) Lee?"

Deleted user

(The place has magic dampening, he can if you choose to make him) "Or whatever the hell you call it." He flinched at the sound of a missed high note turning into a vicious voice crack.
