You will see moments of your own life reflected and you'll feel an affinity as you hear your own inner voice and sense some of the same challenges... and then you see that incredible circumstances happen and you are glad your reading not experiencing it for real. Do you feel like you don't 'fit in'? Do you have sleepless nights over relationship heartaches? Have you felt the turmoil of small business and monetary pressure? If you are a parent and love your children how would you manage if they were threatened? In all of it do you sometimes question your own mental health? All of this and more is my story. It's a story of hope. A story of resilience and a tale offering comfort when you're feeling that you can't cope. Sometimes desperate and sometimes shocking but along the way you will feel the connection. Through the pain there is a light and a learning and in the learning there is a hope and a brighter future. Let this book be a useful guide and a comfort blanket. Ride this rollercoaster with me. See that you and I are very similar but wildly different....and know that it happened to me and hope that it doesn't happen for you, and yet through this book let us come together for a brighter future.
