Overview

The revised and updated edition of my original work, "Musings: Sociopolitical and Spiritual Thoughts of a Targeted Individual" and the newly penned follow-up title, "Musing Nuggets", have been written for a broad readership. I write out of a sense of duty. I confess that I have mixed emotions and I grappled with the idea of what the overall theme should be – Christian character and values or political injustice. Though my life (and others) is being impacted and nearly destroyed by very powerful forces and complex issues that are affecting the entire nationit remains clear that there is a God. Still, I am compelled to share this frightening experience with a broad and diverse readership. Whether it should be an autobiography, memoir, an exposé is insignificant when considering the gravity of the matter. The most pressing concern is simply being able to offer this work as a call for many to return to God. It is my hope that this book will speak to the hearts of the young and old; people of all faiths; and all races and nationalities. This may seem like a huge undertaking but, I believe it is inspired by God. Nothing is too hard for God! Prayerfully, I hope this book will awaken the hearts and minds of many readers to what God intended for mankind. For a world that is in turmoil today let it be known that it is God's intention that we love one another –seek peace and worship in spirit and truth. Depending on what the reader is seeking at the point that he or she opens this book – whatever the need – it is hoped that they will be touched in some way that will have a positive, and hopefully, lasting impact.
