the actual book for 7WOW/8OK

Ok, this is just so it's easier to understand if you read it. Like an authors note. The way I show who's speaking if I change POV's without changing chapters is using each person's official animal. This'll prolly change... but FTM, that's what I'm doing.

Chapter I

JIYA

Sometimes, Jiya'd get frustrated or sad, and she'd wonder what she was even doing being an idol. Then 7WOW! would go to something like this, and she'd remember; thrills. People paying attention to you. Which wasn't something Jiya got at home a lot. That was fine, of course. Jiya was fine on her own. And she wasn't trying to blame her parents or anything. She wasn't fussy.

She waved at the fans as they stepped out of their car. Of course, Jiya hung out with Valerie too much, she was beginning to think, because she was already thinking of the edits people would make of this. Valerie was sort of obsessed with herself in the public image. Valerie was sort of obsessed with herself, actually. Valerie was perfect, though.

"Jiya! Jiya! Hi!" a pretty girl carrying a sign saying 'notice me, Jiya! I love you!!' says.

I turn to her. They said we could interact with fans going down the enterance. We're the first group to arrive today, I think.

"Hello," she said. "I like your sign a lot." Jiya takes the pause as a opportunity to high five a few fans.

"I- uh. Picture?" she says.

"Sure!" Jiya can't see why not. "My pleasure!"

The girl blushes. She takes the picture.

"What's your name?"

"Annalise."

"What are all your names?"

A roar comes.

"Okay, thank you all so much. I can't wait to see you all later today! I have to catch up to the rest of my members!" Jiya blows them a kiss.

She speaks to a few more people before they head inside.

Min is the last one through the door. The doors close behind her, blocking out the cheering.

O.MEN will be here soon. O.MEN was a boy group, and good friends of some of the members. They'd debuted before 7WOW, and so they hadn't seen each other in a while, because of tours and all that. Min didn't have many friends as a trainee, in fact, Min had purposely made herself cold and unreachable. It would hurt less, she knew, if she didn't get attached to anyone who went home. Or if she went home, no one would miss her. Or then she wouldn't have to see the dream she'd lost coming true for someone else.

Min had grabbed a pamphlet that had all the performances on it. Their manager had one, but she didn't feel like sharing, really.

"Whew, guys. How are we all feeling about today so far, ehh?" Jiya said happily. This was all on camera for their reality show. Which meant Min couldn't respond to her with a scathing remark about how she sounded stupid. What a shame.

"Nervous," Fon said while twisting bits of her hair into a braid. Fon was normally upbeat and energetic, but she'd always get jittery when it came to performances. Even now, when it wasn't even close to take-off. Of course, Min was sooort of stressed. But she wasn't worried. It would go fine. They'd win the performance, and it would be perfect-o.

O.Men arrived a while later.

Boy, this was going to be great.

Maybe Min was actually, for the first time ever, going to regret not making any friends.

Chapter II

VALERIE

"Oh my god, Noo-ri!"

Valerie had missed Noodle so much that when she saw him it was like resurfacing from underwater. She could hug him with no hope of dating rumors.  She just wished she could do so with the rest of O.MEN, or as she liked to call it; OH! MEN 🤮.

"Sup, dorkface." Noo-ri was still the same Noo-ri from Toronto, she saw.

Noo-ri was Valerie's older brother.

"Huuuuh, way to ruin the moment, Noodle." She sighed at him.

"Way to ruin my life, Vomit."

"LOW."
