Aella and Rai Asterin are twin sisters traveling the world. They head to Rosedol, Novia, and meet three brothers. The first brother they meet is Alexander Flynn, a librarian who falls in love with Rai, but is too prideful to admit it. Then they meet Matthew Flynn and Maxwell Flynn, barkeepers at the local bar. Maxwell sees Aella as a catch and tries to use her to his advantage. All the while, Matthew is slowly falling for Aella. Then Aella falls ill. Maxwell never visits her, but Matthew does. Aella finally realizes that Matthew loves her, and so does he. Rai also notice that Alexander loves her, and falls for him. Just as they were planning to get married, the girls receive a letter from their father, urging the girls to come back, since their mother is gravely ill. The girls plan on taking the Titanic to get home quicker but decide to take the sailboat to save money for medicine at the last minute. Alexander and Matthew thought that the girls were on the Titanic, so when they heard it sank, they thought the sisters died. Then, the bar burns down and Alexander loses his legs due to the fire. Then after two months, the sisters sail back, and the town of Rosedol changed dramatically. They reunite, and Alexander doesn't feel worthy enough of Rai's love.
