We all have them, OCs who we can't get the idea out of our head and onto paper. So, you can share them in words here.

Anytime I try to draw Red, he looks too feminine because of his long hair. But i swear he's a guy :')

Here's mine:

Name- Hinote

Age- 1342

Gender- Female

Appearance- Hinote, in her fox form, has pale cream fur with red dots under her eyes and on her tail tip. She is tall and slender, with a long, slim snout and round eyes. Her right eye (iris and sclera) is flame blue and has a white pupil and her left eye looks glitchy. Her ears are a slightly darker cream color with white insides. She is fluffy, mostly around her neck, tail and a tuft on her head. She wears a suit that is similar to the prince from a hat in time's, but is dark blue and pale purple. Her face is almost always smug or kawaii.

Hinote, in her human form, has pale skin and long, wavy red hair. She is still tall and slender, having a small nose and round eyes. Her right eye is flame blue and her left eye is completely back, which she covers with her hair. She still wears the same suit, despite it being weird. She appears to be a teenager.

Powers- Hinote is a very powerful being, as she is able to do many things. She can summon blue flame from her hand, tail and just floating (or spreading) around her. She can also manipulate people in ways similar to Bill Cipher. She can alter someone's appearance, age, gender, species, take control of their mind and many other things; the only catch is that they have to agree to it, which still counts if the words are twisted to sound like something else.

Personality- Hinote is somewhat manipulative and deceitful. She can sometimes be described as cynical and sadistic. Though, those she likes, she can be kind to and protective over.

Inspirations- MoonJumper (AHIT), Fire Spirits (AHIT), Kitsune (Japanese Mythology), Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls)

Fun Fact- Her name, Hinote, means Hand of Fire in Japanese (Or according to google translate, at least)

Anyways, for me it's Ara and Matthew. I've drawn Ara a few times but every time he just never quite turns out exactly the way I want him to. If I could just get his hair and his nose right then we'd be fine.
And every time I try to draw Matthew he looks like a 17 year old, which is a problem because his son is a 17 year old. Literally can't draw anyone over the age of 30 without making them look like a teenager. I'd love to be able to draw him though, I love him.

Spirit sounds easy, she’s just a blue-and-purple leopard with a harness with an orb and weird blue tendrils coming out of it, but let me tell you, I can NOT do it. I just can’t. I have absolutely no idea why. I’m not very good at anatomy or realism when I draw, so the chest and legs line up weirdly, and that makes drawing a harness VERY awkward, especially since it’s made of metal. And I can’t really draw depth, either, so the orb always sticks out at an odd angle, and the tendrils stemming from there just… don’t look right. I can’t ever get them to look foggy/misty/watery enough. And don’t even get me started on her fedora, I’ve never even been able to figure out whether or not her ears should be poking out of it or not.

I have really specific ideas of how my characters look, so I have several that I can't draw for a couple of different reasons.

• any of my characters with wings, because wings are hard. Although I can draw them without their wings just fine. (Ava, Hayden, Maleia, & Genevieve)
• James. I know what his hair looks like in my head, I just can't translate it onto paper. I also have issues with Dean and Henry's hair.
• Xavier. There're so many bits and pieces to his design that I usually skip something when I try to draw him. He also has mean hair.

I don't have a consistent drawing style and/or it doesn't look like what I wanted it to be makes me give up, so I can't draw my ocs(unless I pour my heart and soul into the drawing. That doesn't happen often, though)

Originally, she was a very shy but peppy little girl. You know, she wore a dress, flexible enough to fight in…
But now… Oh gosh. Now she has a aggressive but sweet personality. She went rom a dress to no shirt bro!
Seeing as she ran from home after being used as a servant, it'd be unrealistic if she traveled with all the nice clothes without a reason. When she escaped she was tired of the maid dress she had to wear for she found a pair of pants in the forest, most likely someone killed by a reisu.
She wore those, there a bit baggy but it'll do. After searching in some houses she found a big box a bandages and other medical supplies. She took off her shirt but found it weird to go out walking like that so see tied some of the bandages around her chest area. (You can see where this is going-) And now she fights with multiple hatchets.
I try to draw her but I had to change her whole design and now it's a challenge :/
