I usually look around my room and take one letter from every thing I can find.
let's have a look, well… I can see a clock, a notebook, some posters, so I take the letter Z, E, L… oh I think Zelthra may sound nice
and so on

I just keysmash and figure out what sounds like an actual name

like
hfjd(kasm)

Kasm sounds nice

I take a real world name and then switch out, remove, and add letters until I get a sound I like. For example, one of my characters is named Azana, which I got from messing around with Jordana. Or just mash letters around until it sounds right, that's mostly what I do.

All these suggestions are really good!
If you want a character to have a name "normal" in their country (which is a country in real life), you could just search some up. If the countries not real, then choose what kind of names are common and unusual there.
Sometimes I like to base my characters on real people. Maybe you want to take a name from a friend, and give that character the personality of your enemy. Or maybe even a book or TV character you like. Just don't take the whole name and give it to your character. That's plagiarizing. If you know the author made up that name themself, don't take that, either.
Try to make new names out of already existing ones. Make up pronunciations if you have to.
For last names, you can search up "old last names" or "extinct last names" and add those to your character's name, as a last or first name. You can also do the same thing searching up first names.

I hope this helped!
