Ravenmire Gardens. A place known for being an absolute paradise. With everything everyone could possibly need, or want. Anything good could happen there.

Or, at least, that's what the people who run the place tell you.

Your characters have one thing that they truly desire. So when they are brought to the entrance to Ravenmire when they fall asleep one night, and are promised their hearts' desires, they'd be all in, right?

The thing is, though, is that the Gardens are a lie. Sure, during the day, everything is perfect and wonderful, full of kind, willing people… but after the sun sets, everything vanishes. It becomes a maze of ghost towns and poisoned streams and freaky trees, with branches reaching out to get you. The workers of Ravenmire turn into ferocious beasts, without a human memory left in their minds. And the thing is… there's no way out.

It is your character's job to survive. There are no tools to use, except the ones that they kept with them when everything went wrong.

When the sun rises again, everything is fine, but when night falls, terror strikes.

And if you die here, in Ravenmire, you stay dead.

Basic Appearance: I drew her a while ago. In addition to what you see there, she also has very large brown bird wings with orange primary feathers.
Basic Personality: Chill, easy-going, practical, outdoorsy, inventive, travels constantly, foodie, jokester, brave, can sometimes be self-serving, dishonest, or emotionally distant.
Greatest Desire: To find someone who truly loves and understands her without sacrificing her freedom. Whether that person will be a friend, a significant other, or perhaps her missing parents, she doesn't know yet.
Other: She grew up an orphan, along with her big brother Vinyan. She's always been poor and hungry and is used to getting by on almost nothing, but despite that she's content with her life. She recently parted ways with her bro, since he found a home and she wanted to continue traveling, but they're still on good terms. She either walks or flies everywhere, and spends her days on one long road trip.
Magic: She is a being called a Happa-Brynn. Aside from having avian wings, she can also see auras, heal injuries, and create a defensive energy shield. She's only modestly good at magic, since it requires a lot of energy and she needs to save all her strength for flying and finding food. Oh, and she can magically "put away" her wings when she doesn't need them, meaning they shrink until they're nothing but a small patch of feathers between her shoulder blades. Where she comes from, humans don't know about magic, so she uses this ability to blend in with them as needed.

She stands rather tall at 5’10, looking as however she acts. If shes happy and energetic, she looks it. If shes mad in any sort of way, she looks hella pissed.
Vienna has dark defined and nicely shaped eyebrows, adding to the multitude of facial expressions she has. She has big, round eyes, a mix between an evergreen and a marbled grey. Long, full black eyelashes and a natural blush. Her skin is a rosy pale, as if shes indoors most of the time….well because she is indoors a good amount. Her smile is brightening and leaves anyone in a naturally better mood than they were in before. Her lips have a naturally pink hue to them, and you’ll almost never find her without gloss on them.
She has a decent jawline and an hourglass figure more on the petite side. Shes stronger than she looks though, so dont let her fool you.
On each of her fingers, she has small black writing in a language nobody knows. She doesn’t know where she got them and doesn’t really care. On her back, burn marks and whipping scars, but nowhere else. She doesn’t care to show her back, as the dresses she liked to wear has a rather open back.
Vienna has long, raven black hair thats naturally straight but she loves to curl it and put it up. When its laid down, it will go down to the bottom of her rib cage, with a trim every now and again to keep it healthy.

Style:
Usually a dress when shes just out and about doin her thing, but when shes working or traveling shell wear her own handmade clothes. Vienna loves to make her own clothes, usually really flowy cute tops and tighter form fitting pants.
For any type of fighting, if shes prepared, she’ll wear any gear fitted. She always has tools by her side on a thick leather belt when shes not wearing a dress. Dark brown leather gloves and a few knives on her at all times.
Really casual, t shirt, crop top, tank top, tucked into any high waisted pants. Shes always been very stylish.

Basic Personality:
Very motherly like, caring and positive. She has a sort of reassurance about her and makes everyone around her feel easy. Vienna isn’t very hostile unless she sees a threat. She then will make it known she is capable of beating the living hell outta you if you mess with her or anything she loves. Vienna is very very good at establishing dominance, though doesn’t do it too often. If she turns really serious, you know there’s something going down. Other than that shes very playful, mischievous and kind. Never wanting to hurt a soul. Its not apparent shes gone through a lot in her past. To an unknowing person, one would think shes lived a perfect life. But she never showed it and she strives to keep that streak as long as possible. Upon pressing enough, shes rather easy to open up if you’ve earned her trust.

Greatest Desire: not to be underestimated or taken advantage of
Other: originally shes a fallen angel but seeing as theres already a winged character she’ll be a normal human.
Shes a blacksmith by the way and carries a tool belt basically everywhere she goes

So here’s my boy! Yes it may cliche or whatever, but he is a vampire in a story I’m working on. And he is precious >:(

Name: Cassius Avian Thomas Sandoval
Age: around 200 but appears from 20-22
Gender: Male

Basic Appearance: stands tall at about 6’3” with lighter chocolate or caremel colored skin and dark freckles dotted everywhere. His blonde rather wavy hair is rather great contrast to his skin along with his green yellowish eyes. He has a defined jawline and a more muscular form.
He has a nice wide smile with nicely kept teeth and A nice shaped nose with a slightly more prominent bridge than others. More bushy looking dirty blonde eyebrows matching his hair. Coils tend to fall down in his face when its not pulled back with a hair tie.
Cass dresses nice all the time, white, black, or velvet red button ups, jeans or slacks and always a watch, but hes not afraid to walk around in sweatpants. Hes fit enough to be confident in himself but not cocky or narcissistic.

Basic Personality:
Cassius is definitely a gentleman at heart and it shows. He’s more hyper and very energetic, wanting to help anyone out the best he can. Sometimes making people uncomfortable by how unnecessarily friendly he is.
Hes sweet and kind but that can run out quickly as he was a quick temper. He can get a bit dangerous but only when need be. Very specific things trigger Cassius and hes extremely protective over the ones he cares about.
Hes rather good at problem solving, planning out things and taking lead when need be. He doesn’t let the ones he love get him mad, as hes had too bad of experiences in the past.

Backstory: (i added this in if you dont mind. Its really important to his template)
He was a duke in the 1800’s with a good family and he was extremely respected.
Cassius married rather young at around 17 and loved his wife to the ends of the earth as well as his 3 year old daughter. Long story short… when he was attacked and turned in a forest looking for one of the guards that had fled and attempted to kill the king, he ended up with the castle in flames and his wife and daughter killed by his own two hands.

He owned a smaller mansion a while always from his home now burnt to ashes, hes stayed there since, letting the trees in the forest grow around it. He Currently works as a mortician until now. Easily getting what he needs to survive with no suspicion and a good pay.
