The galactic council needed a powerhouse for factories and media consumption so they chose Randall 1 to become a big city universe home to most of the Multiverse's crime life.

Ever since 3045, Randall 1 has become a home to scumbags and petty thieves. You were either incredibly rich or incredibly poor. Before that, it was new and shiny, al prepped for the council.

Similar to homeland earth, this universe has the 4 strong forces and all that.

Magic is rare in this universe, except for a few charmed items.

Technology is advanced, but not nearly affordable enough.

Little inspiration comes from the council, and the only hope stems from the engineering world, which is ripe in Randall 1.
