Quinn says little, but means what they say. Devoutly loyal to the Osprey clan (and raised by its current head), they devote their entire life to it. What little free time they have is given to various weapons training exercises. Initially an enemy of Natalia Dawes-Brecker, the two end up working together when both groups are betrayed. Quinn is stern and not one to joke, especially while on a mission, and can be very literal-minded. They do, however begrudgingly, have a fondness for puns.
Stands very, very still. Resting face is contemplative yet stern.
Sharpshooting, toxicology, knife throwing, passable chef.
To repay their adoptive mother, Rhoda Corvis.

Stern, literal-minded, stubborn, blindly loyal.
Against the Dawes-Brecker family, and any other criminal family that opposes the Ospreys
Found by Rhoda "Eagle-Eyes" Corvis as a very small child, Quinn was raised by her, as well as various other members of the Osprey crime family, a ragtag group far less established than the Dawes-Breckers family but with a swiftly growing influence. They learned how to fight as soon as they were able to, and soon became Rhoda's protege as well as her adopted child. Quinn views Rhoda as their hero, and desperately wants to repay her for saving their life as a child. They soon rose to be one of the most talented Ospreys at the time, and their moniker of "the Dove" was given due to the fact that if they were sent for you, you'd best make your peace, be it with whoever you pissed off, or with your impending death.
