Once a promising student at the illustrious Central Academy of Medicine, his vibrant passion for healing people was soon dampened by life's harsh realities. Years spent tending to nobles who dismissed his expertise had forged him into a man with little patience or tolerance for frivolity.
During one of his unremarkable research days at his lab, he was interrupted and accosted by the royal guards, claimming he had tampered with forbidden science.
He was brought to king Tros, against his will, and after some back and forward, the king offered Chiron a deal: he could work on his research on human transmutation, as long as he became the official Court Physician. Chiron wasn't allowed to treat anyone but the royal family, which included king Tros, his wife Acallaris, and the young prince Ganymede.
