Voice Claim: Ootsuka Takeo
A lone, charismatic kitsune. Lives on the outskirts of the village since before it existed. Enjoys spending time walking through it, visiting its peaceful residents. Everyone there knows Akie, and he's well-liked by most of the people. The majority of the village women, and even some men, swoon when they see him, and each one is eager to strike up a one on one conversation. Even tho he doesn't really mind the attention, he prefers to spend his relaxing time in his own house, working on his crafts. He trades at the market the art he makes, and accepts the occasional teaching position at the school.
One random day, the young nekomata, who Akie named Suzumi, appeared as if fallen from the sky, and became part of the fox's life. Akie couldn't leave Suzumi on his own, so he decided to take him into his house, treating and feeding him properly, and teaching him about societal customs. It's safe to say that the cat's energy is worth for both of them, and, more than he'd like to admit, Akie doesn't really mind the other's company. Even if sometimes he gets dragged around when they go out on their walks.
Trivia
His face marking are actually make up. He does both his and Suzumi's, as a sign of their yokai lineage.
Akie and Dryope used to have a liaison, but things ended when they got in a big fight which culminated with him breaking her horn off. She still resents him to this day.
When he's in his yokai form, his face is covered in a kitsune mask made of slate stone. His facial expressions are conveyd by chalk drawings that move, appear and dissappear at will. He lets children draw on his face when he feels they need emotional support.
Akie is prone to always carry a fan around, tucked in his long sleeve. He uses it to fan hilself on warm days, but also to hide his expressions when he deems it necessary.
Even for yokai standards, Akie is incredibly clean. He enjoys tidying his home, and taking care of his garden. In the morning, he takes extra good care of his hair and fur, making sure it's smooth as silk when he's done.
