She's fine with whatever as long as it's comfortable and matches. She's okay trying on new outfits, but doesn't like to explore too much. She isn't very girly, nor tomboyish.

She's calm and loving, although she is highly sensitive so it isn't unusual if you see her crying, pouting, or throwing around certain items. She isn't one to yell, she's more likely the type to try to fight back tears and try to talk calmly without breaking down... Even though she might just breakdown and run away.
She can talk kind of slowly, not much, or too much. Might bring up random comments about how she senses things, whether she likes it or not.

Her best friend is Alicia Roff, but she chose to stay behind with the rest of her family. Her mother, Mary Roff, tried to force her to join the shelter, but Alicia has always been the rebellious type anyway.

Jasmine Roff is another good friend of hers, at least she doesn't need to grief about Alicia alone.

Acquaintances:

Kaylah went to highschool with Hanna Lane, they didn't hang out much, but because they're both trapped in a small place they might become friends or better acquaintances.

Damien Hunter, he acts like he is better then her father, and is a huge know at all. He has only been working for Chief Alexander for like two years? And now he thinks he can take part in leadership of the shelter?! Haha, no thanks.

Non, but she's very open minded and accepts all of them.

She knows a lot because of her father, so she just chooses to side with him, although she doesn't really care about them.

Kaylah was born in Blue Valley, and I guess she'll die in Blue Valley. She only knows what it's like living in this small town.
She had to struggle with abandonment issues with her father, since he has to travel and work all the time, but after she finished highschool, she got to travel with him a few times, so they caught up with each other.
She barely knows her mother, she only saw her once on her sweet 16th party... Kaylah tried to work on their relationship, but her mother just didn't seem to have much of an interest. When Kaylah turned 18 decided to just shut her mother out entirely.

Kaylah has always been that perfect little girl, but little does everyone know, she did sneak out, get into some substance abuse, and has been tattooing her friends and their friends since she was 15.
Her father didn't find out about any of this until recently. One night she caught her father hitting a bong, and asked him if she could join, that is when he learned that him and his daughter are so alike.

The Roff family has always been a family friend since Mary and her dad had to work together... Kaylah slightly wishes they would fall in love with each other and get married, they'd be so good for each other.

Overall, most of the people in this town probably know or have heard of Kaylah, and if they don't know her they definitely know the name Alexander.
